Very convenient location, close to bus station for any direction and 15 minutes by walking from subway. Silent room, clean, with a small kitchen, cattle and fridge. Very good breakfast, Perfect service, nice and friendly staff. Parking is a bit complicate as space is narrow.

This hotel is probably 20 mins on Bus route 30 away from the centre but easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us, Juan in particular. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, oddly for a room with a microwave and sink there were no utensils. We had a really good trip. Breakfast was standard continental and coffee was amazing. Thank you for your amazing hospitality

L’ApartHotelColombo, ristrutturato di recente, è perfetto per chi si trova a Roma per motivi di lavoro in zona Colombo/circonvallazione ostiense/Garbatella. Le camere sono tutte molto grandi (anche le standard), molto silenziose, con letti comodissimi, molto funzionali, luminose, con smart tv gigante, acqua di cortesia, macchina del caffè con cialde, pavimento in legno, bagno e doccia molto grandi, temperatura perfetta. Buona e abbondante la colazione, le ragazze della reception (in particolare Maria) gentilissime, sorridenti e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Le tariffe sono alte, ma se siete lì per motivi di lavoro e garantite una presenza fissa per un tot. periodo potete concordare dei prezzi molto competitivi! Unica pecca, la pulizia della camera e le condizioni degli asciugamani, che per un hotel a 4 stelle potrebbero/dovrebbero essere decisamente migliori. Alla prossima!

Con l’avvento del b&b si è perso il rapporto cliente e personale della struttura, visto che oramai non trovi nessuno ad accoglierti , invece qui si ritorna alle vecchie e buone “ abitudini “. Il personale gentile che ti accoglie , la camera spaziosa e ben arredata , bagno comodo con tutto quello che serve ( ciabatte e “ vero” Phone incluso ). Colazione abbondante . Insomma consigliatissimo

Ero un cliente assiduo del Residence Colombo 112 ed ho un piacevole ricordo del personale gentilissimo, in particolar modo Arianna e Massimo. Gestione cambiata e divenuto un 4 stelle, con le tariffe di un 4 stelle… Il problema è che non ho riscontrato la qualità di un 4 stelle. Pulizie non impeccabili, wi-fi non particolarmente performante e materasso vetusto. A pari tariffe consiglio il Caravel, mi spiace. Personale in reception gentile.

Aparthotel avec un service impeccable ... Ils savent recevoir les gens et s'occuper d'eux Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, toujours prêt à vous rendre service, à vous offrir un vrai expresso italien, a s'occuper de vos réservations touristiques à Rome ect ... De plus ils parlent tous plusieurs langues. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres Le personnel d'étage est excellent. J'ai adoré et je recommande vivement .
