It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life! The owner was super rude to us and at the last minute he showed us a place that was different from the one indicated on booking and all the other websites. The location is terrible, it feels like we're at the end of the world. Do yourselves a favor and never book this place, the whole experience is terrible!

the owner of the establishment took a double fee , refused to refund the money , and came up with a reason a day later that something was allegedly broken . I strongly advise against it, I consider him a liar and a thief.

I spent the night in the morning and left a cash payment for the person . But after lunch, he also withdraws my money from the card. to my remark to return the money, the booking administration is lying that was allegedly broke furniture and therefore it will not involve anything . this owner is a fraudster and a thief, there is all the evidence.

I definitely DO NOT recommend it! After arriving at the place in evening time, it turned out that there was no one there. Just the phone number of the owner who, after several contact attempts, picked up the phone and told us how to get to the room. It took about an hour because he couldn’t find our reservation On the next morning a cleaning lady came to our room and asked us about the additional cash payment for bed linen and towels plus access to the kitchen €100. In the hotel's offer it says that it is included in the price. We did not agree for additional fees from us so the owner ordered the cleaning lady to remove the sheets from our beds, take our towels and the remote control for the TV and air conditioning. We were also forbidden to use the kitchen, including the kettle and coffee machine. We stayed for 6 nights with bare mattresses and no towel. See pictures. Additionally, the hot water was cut off on the second day. It is ridicilous how to treat people like this!!! There is no information about additional charges in the hotel's offer. The owner is a terrible scammer who tries to get extra money from people. Never again!!! Stay away from this hotel and don't let him fool people

Il soggiorno anche se solo per una notte è stato perfetto. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il bagno è nuovissimo. Il letto comodissimo! Che dire era tutto perfetto tornerò sicuramente! Altra nota positiva la possibilità di fare il check in con codice!

Posto molto centrale comodo da raggiungere e stanza molto confortevole e pulita, ottimo punto d appoggio per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno nella capitale in completa spensieratezza …ci tornerò sicuramente molto volentieri!!!

Super consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno nella capitale sia per lavoro che per week. Il titolare è molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza, le stanze sono molto pulite di fatti appena arrivi in struttura c'è profumo di pulizia e attenzione per il cliente.

Struttura accogliente. Check in online. Proprietario sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente gentile e premuroso. Personale di servizio simpatico e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Cucina super attrezzata( con macchinetta caffè utilizzabile sempre). Utilizzo questa struttura (ma anche le altre di proprietà) da circa due anni e non cambierei per niente al mondo. Un pò decentrata ma ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Ho soggiornato in tutte le stanze e sono colorate, comode e spaziose. Divino il riposo in quei materassi. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti... Mi sono trovata benissimo! Teresa signora fantastica , attenta al cliente sempre pronta ad ogni richiesta del cliente. Livello di pulizia 10! Grazie grazie ☺️ Ci rivedremo molto presto. Martina ☺️
