What an amazing place...Eduardo was so helpful and accommodating. The apar**ent was clean and well equipped with a fridge and bathroom products. Mamma was a gem - so lovely, kind and the breakfast really set you up for a day of sightseeing! ! They allowed you to leave your suitcases after check in too.

Excellent small guest house within easy walking of Termini ( 15 mins ) Trevi ( 15 mins ) Colosseum ( 20 mins ) loads of restaurants and cafes . The property is located in a gated courtyard of a small cross street with restaurants and cafes on it . We were sent clear and easy to follow instructions from the owners how to enter the courtyard and find the property. The property is on the 6th floor and is serviced by a lift , the lift is quite small so if you have a lot of luggage you may have to do a couple of trips . We had a quadruple room which had two double beds , fridge , table and plenty of storage, there was a Tv with Netflix, Prime etc . Breakfast was served from 7:30 to 9:30 by the owner’s mother a lovely lady and we had juice, pastries, fresh fruit and coffee each day our room was cleaned daily . Overall was a lovely stay at I think a very reasonable price would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Just got back from a 5 night stay in Rome at the lovely Roma central guest house. We were a family of 7 taking up two rooms. We had a wonderful stay, the location is great, close to all the main sights and lots of restaurants in walking distance.the rooms themselves were clean and and comfortable but the most special thing about this place are the family who welcomed us. Eduardo was always responsive to any questions and his mother was just a wonderfully warm and welcoming lady. She went out of her way on the last morning to get up early to make sure we had breakfast and coffee before we left. Breakfast was croissants filled very generously with lovely fillings and a choice of coffees and hot chocolate for the children. Thank you for making our trip to Rome so enjoyable.

A wonderful guest house in the centre of Rome, great restaurants and bars nearby! The owner sent us clear and concise information to enable us to enter the property as we arrived later in the evening and we were served pastries and coffee/juice in our room every morning which was very welcome!! Great communication, clean and comfortable room and friendly owners!! Thoroughly recommend!!

Great location, in the heart of the city, walking distance from the Colosseum, di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Basilica of St. Maria Maggiore and Termini Station. Large 4 pers. room, delicious sweet breakfasts served to the room - brioche still warm, extremely friendly and very helpful owners. Clean, bathroom cleaned every day, garbage taken out, beds made and dishes washed - even though we didn't ask for it or count on it. Room equipped with heater, hair dryer, fridge, kettle and tea, bottle opener. The guesthouse is located in a well-maintained, a**ospheric tenement house with an elevator and a code to enter. The perfect place to stay in Rome.

Great hosts in a fabulous location a short walk to the Colosseum, the pastries at breakfast were amazing!
The shower could do with being renovated, but I would stay again when I go back to Roma!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We had to leave a little early each morning but they still provided a nice breakfast served by a very courteous lady. It can be a little difficult to find but it’s worth it. Short walk to most of Rome’s popular attractions.

A nice small guest house in excellent location near Rome Termini -station. A staff was extremely friendly. Very good breakfast and many nice restaurants nearby. Absolutely worth recommendation if you are looking for reasonably priced place to spend couple of days in Rome.

Funky but wonderful. Great location taxi stand very close. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It grows everyday on you. Will stay again. Breakfast is great. Could get to everywhere easily and quickly. Very helpful staff/family. We love Rome.
