Top notch 5 star hotel. Amazing service. Room we had was quiet, beautifully maintained. The family that owns clearly takes pride in their hotel. Wonderful garden restaurant for breakfast and cocktails. The terrace restaurant great meal or cocktail spot amazing views. Imago the Michelin Star restaurant was probably one of the best meals we have ever had. Amazing place great location

When I arrived and walked through the door, I was greeted by the concierge and guest service staff by name - and that was before I checked in at reception. The staff at The Hassler has mastered the art of old fashioned hospitality and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable during my stay in Rome. And, you can’t beet the location. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.

Most beautiful, elegant, old world style with impeccable service to match. Cannot say enough about this place and the attention to details the staff exhibits. Always greeted by name; all requests accommodated with a smile & never once see the “workings” of the hotel - I don’t know how the do it! Expensive, but true 5 star experience.

The best hotel in Rome. I had the best experience having a drink with my wife along with live music. The best place in Rome by far. Over the top of Piazza di Spagns, a classic place with wonderful decoration to enjoy a beautiful and romantic night along with your loved ones.

It is the best service of any hotel in Rome. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel and accommodations are first class. Location is perfect. This Hotel and it’s entire staff made my trip nothing other than a perfect dream come true. I will return again and again.
