Comfortable one bedroom apartment, 50 sqm, on the ground floor of a three-storey building. It can host up to 4 guests, as it comes with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Consisting of a living room (with double sofa bed) with kitchenette, hallway, bathroom with shower and large bedroom. The property includes by two large terraces and a garden overlooked by the entire house, for exclusive use of our guests. Reserved parking space in garage available on request. The apartment is modernly refurbished, with safety locks for small children. The bus stop (n.98 and n.786) below the house connects you directly with both the city centre (in about 25 minutes) and the metro line A (Cornelia/Baldo degli Ubaldi stop). TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine availability and book sharing (take one-leave one).
The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with all services (breakfast bar, pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping centre are all within 500 metres walking distance from the house); very well connected by public transport to San Pietro, Trastevere and the metro line A.
