We were favorably impressed with the staff at all levels. We usually stay at Hampton Inns whenever we travel because of consistent efforts to accommodate our needs.
Our only issue on this visit was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bath room to deal with odors or humidity.

We have stayed here before and like the property and the staff but still, after a number of stays, have trouble finding it. It would be helpful to have some signage indicating what turn to take from Galleria Blvd, for example.

This hotel is our go to stop when we travel to Florida. Always clean and comfortable with very good service. Reasonably priced and close to travel route.

Good location close to interstate, restaurants and shopping. Not noisy at all. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Pretty nice Fitness Center and good breakfast. Staff was really nice!

The two managers were nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. All good.
I wish there were potatoes at breakfast. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. The coffee was better than most hotels.

This is a nice hotel the staff is friendly. So of the other guests were noisy but other then that my stay was great.

Excellent full breakfast included. Very clean and affordable and located a short drive from many restaurants.
