This was the second time we have stayed at this location and the service has been very consistent…ABSOLUTELY 100% EXCELLENT!!! It is nice to feel the workers truly care especially when most of the customers are dealing with medical issues that stay there. 😍

房間比較乾淨，離快速路比較近，靠近快速路的一側稍微有點吵，酒店還有去Mayo的shuttle，免費停車，還有免費早餐。

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Nice, clean rooms. The hot food at the breakfast was not very hot. It is beside a major highway and some semis were loud.

Every hotel staff person we encountered was kind diligent. The building was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room temperature was comfortable and the heating and cooling functioned well. There were no artificial fragrances in the building. The breakfast options were very nice. It was such a calm nice stay that I wondered if it was the best kept secret in Rochester. There are lots of shops, a large grocery store, and a nice city park nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and people coming to Rochester for business or medical care.

Very impressed with the hotel. Double bedroom for $125. Excellent price and excellent service all-around. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. Not a speck of dust in the room. Jose was the housekeeper it looked liked, so good job Jose! I will book again.
