We booked this stay because it was listed as sleeping 7 people. However when we got to our room, we found it only had enough beds for 6 people: two queen beds, and one pull out sofa bed. When we asked the front desk if they had a cot or something for the 7th person in our group they said no, they don't have any cots. They also said they were aware that it is listed as sleeping seven, but only had beds for 6. They suggested we put three kids in one bed. It's hard enough to get my kids to sleep while on vacation, three to a bed proved impossible. We ended up taking the cushions off the couch and putting them on the floor along with some extra sheets and blankets and pillows we from house keeping. This is where one of my kids slept. The ladies at the front desk said we should just take it up with corporate.
I realize not many families have 7 people, but if you have your listing saying you can sleep 7 people, than you'd better have enough bed spaces for 7 adults. Just because they're kids doesn't mean we can just squish extra people in a bed. I've got teenagers and they're as big as adults. It's one thing if we made that choice on purpose, but the listing was misleading.
