Service was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

Sliding door mirror was broken at the bottom
Extra blanket had a hole in it and looked very worn
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Inside of hotel was nice and clean but parking lot area was a bit sketchy upon first impression
Since I am familiar with the area and know it’s safe I was ok, but outsiders may not feel as welcome and safe

No real complaints. Worth it for the price I paid. But room could be a bit cleaner. Overall, I would rate this hotel as good, not excellent.

Most of the breakfast items were out, beds have seen there better days and the hotel room smelled musty.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the service. But the breakfast was horrible, without much choice and we had breakfast accompanied by several flies. Honestly, it wasn't a good experience

I can't say anything negative about my stay. Parking was fine, lobby was clean and neat and well designed and staff was great. I got there early on Thanksgiving day and was hoping to watch the first football game in the lobby. I was given the key to another room to watch the game and when it was over, I went to my room at 3 pm. Very impressed of the quality of the room for the price. I was also impressed with the selection of real dinners and snacks for purchase and I decided to not go out to dinner and just stay in my room watching football and John Wick and eating some decent frozen meals. I'm very noise sensitive and their windows are double-pane so very quite. The place does not back up to any major freeway or busy streets which is one big reason I chose this hotel.

The room was dirty. There was what looked to be like blood splattered across the ceiling. The air conditioning smelled extremely bad like dirty feet. I will not stay here again.
