Otel tepede ve yaşı ileri insanlar için ulaşım sıkıntılı çünkü yürüyerek çıkıyosunuz kahvaltı çok güzeldi odalar yeteri kadar temizdi en beğenmediğim konu farklı oda teklif ederek fiyat farkı almaya çalıştılar bence etik olmayan ucuz bir davranıştı

We have requested to change our room and the receptionist responded in a nice way and fulfil our needs. The weather was amazing, but your jacket just in case it rains. Nice staff, awesome view, great atmosphere. It’s highly recommended place.

First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor.
Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall.
The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special.
The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful.
The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception.
Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

Good place for chilling. I like the weather and the view. Staff was very friendly and they help us to enjoy our trip. The cleaning service need more improvement and windows need fly screens since there is lot of fly in the area. To make more enhancements to atmosphere needs air conditioning system.

2 gün kaldığımız ayder doğa resort çalışanları güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. Gürkan beye ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederiz. 2 aile kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Temiz ve lezzetli kahvaltısıyla ayderde kalınacak tek mekan
