第一次入住，lobby 都幾靚，有free tea 供應！房間整潔乾淨寧🤫，有小浴缸🛀，瞓得舒服！酒店餐廳有自助餐，比$試咗，十分唔錯！

Great hospitality , very nice room , the hotel team are very cooperative and supportive Special thanks to Rynad in the reception for her kindness and professionalism , it was an amazing stay as usual, for sure I will be visiting the hotel again

I had one of good experiences. Their lunch buffet was excellent. I appreciate their chief and congrats him for the best meal. The food was really delicious. They have different cuisine under one roof. The sweet buffet is also good. I would definitely recommend and I would come again

hotel which is very accessible and as soon as we arrived we were greeted with the courteous and accomodating staff Mr. Nubi...A very nice and comfy place, i really had a good sleep with their big and comfy matress..would also like to acknowledge Mr. Hosam for assisting us during our breakfast.. keep it up guyz

The bed is soooooo comfy! Had the best sleep with those matresses. Hope to get back here again soon. Breakfast buffet was sumptouos,enjoyed the hot choco with the help of Hosam who keeps filling up our hot choco😄 and bacon especially..Kudos to Nubi in the concierge team who is so kind and helpful!Thank you.

Room was well provisioned, well kept and clean, as were the facilities. Restaurants were all good quality. However there was too much noise from the adjoining room through very poorly insulated interconnecting door, they need to improve sound insulation between rooms. Also personally I was not a fan of the perfume machines positioned through the hotel as the smell was a bit overpowering.

Amazing services specifically from Mr Ajit from laundry who assisted us many time with his smile which make me too happy, Voco hotel lucky to have him and I really appreciated all services they provided and I really recommended.. Thank you Ajith

Kicked out of the gym because my shirt didnt fully cover my shoulders. I travel weekly to Riyadh and this is a first. Gym manager Waleed then called rooms director Sami and thats when they made me so uncomfortable that I just gave up and left. I am a 50 year old woman, not a spring chicken. This was beyond rude.
