Vriendelijk onthaal wat het enige positieve aan deze overnachting was! De kamer bevond zich in het niet gerenoveerde deel van het hotel, schimmelgeur, vast tapijt van 40 jaar oud, bed op 15cm van de muur waardoor je niet uit je bed kon, totaal onhygiënische kamer. We zijn aan de receptie hierover gaan klagen en meteen werd er een spuitbus tegen slechte geuren bovengehaald en dit zegt meteen alles dat dit zeker niet de eerste keer was! We vonden de kamer zo vies dat we zelfs niet wilden douchen! Dezelfde bus stond op de kar van de schoonmaakster! Op het ontbijt daarentegen was niets aan te merken, er waren zelfs appelsienen die ze je zelf kon persen!

Doorreis was echt vreselijk in Perpignan!!! Vooral de kamer zelf was nogal onhygiënisch..Er was 1 Kakkerlak en veel vliegen..er was een mufe geur in de halway en het hele gebouw..het bad & douche liepen niet leeg, dus het water liep niet weg..volgens mijn ervaring de SLECHTE HOTEL van Perpignan!.

Uitstekend hotel dat we regelmatig bezoeken. Dicht bij de autoroute. Rustig, zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed restaurant. Auto staat veilig op bewaakt terrein.En voor ons belangrijk dat onze honden welkom zijn.

The hotel is super aged. Checkin was at Novotel instead and the hotel feels abandoned. Breakfast was super poor, bad bread bad coffee and bad juice. We compare to other ibis and this is this so not ibis quality.

This Ibis was carved out of the adjacent Novotel, to allow Accor to offer a cheaper alternative at this location. Consequently the rooms are better than you normally get at Ibis. They are the same size as Novotel rooms. What you do NOT get at this Ibis, that you would get at the adjacent Novotel are as follows:- 1. You do not get a refrigerator in your room 2. You do not get a safe 3. You do not get the hot breakfast options 4. The room furnishings are of a lower standard. (grotty plastic wall lamp units). When booking a room at this location, always check the prices of both the Novotel and this Ibis, because although this Ibis is usually the cheaper option, this has not always been the case. There have been times when the Novotel's prices were lower. This Ibis does not have its own restaurant, but you can use the restaurant of the Novotel. The only problem is that they have no facillity for charging Novotel meals to an Ibis room, even though the room numbering system is integrated. The disadvantage for Accor Club members is that you lose the Accor points on the Novotel restaurantation, which you would get if the meal had been charged to your room. The same situation existed in Aix-les-Bains, but it was corrected after I complained. Having said this, Accor seems to have reduced its restaurant prices in the last year or so. The difference is attributable to the fact that they now offer "open" or "house" wines which are available by the 50 dl. caraffe. A 2 course meal for 1 person with 50 dl. of wine, mineral water and cofee now costs less than €40. Parking is free but it sometimes gets crowded. There are 3 exits onto adjacent roads, all of which are gated at night. Be sure to obtain the code when you check in. Ibis guests have access to the Novotel swimming pool, and the surrounding garden. There was a minor incident on checking out. They had charged me 9 taxes de sejour, when in fact only 5 were due. They have promised that the €5.20 will be refunded on my credit card statement. I have not yet verified that this has been done. The location has very good air quality, weather and mountain views.
