When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no reservation in my name. Upon giving the clerk the reservation information, including the confirmation number, I was informed that there was a different name on the reservation. I contacted Travelocity Customer support, who confirmed my reservation information, including my name, email address and phone number. This was not sufficient for the clerk. The Travelocity rep offered to resend the reservation confirmation to the hotel, but the clerk was engaged in a telephone conversation with the manager. Upon providing the date the reservation was made, the clerk was able to locate and confirm my reservation, but only after close to an hour and a great deal of stress, considering I had just driven over 600 miles and did not want to have to locate another hotel for the night. (Kudos to the Travelocity rep who stayed on teh phone through the whole ordeal until resolution).
That said, the room was comfortable and quiet, allowing a good night's sleep, and breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Our favorite place to stay when we are visiting property in the area. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. This time slightly disturbed by a noisy hvac system which was reported to staff. Overall good stay.

Dirty towels, cockroach, soaked towel on AC, curtain wouldn’t shot with bright light all night.

Ended up not staying. Checked in, loud, not the cleaness, went to get shower. No hot water. Informed hotel too full could be 2 hours before water reheated. Asked for refund and allowed to checkout and find another hotel. Accomodated.

Surprisingly nice little Comfort Inn. Inside clean and neat. Friendly greeting from manager and?son. Room clean and king bed quite comfortable.
Thermostat easy to adjust. Area had 2 restaurants across street but we drove 3 miles to the Mad Italian, which was clean and friendly, but not like New Haven food. Haven’t had breakfast yet in hotel so can’t comment. East on/off to 95.

Everything looked and smelled clean. There was a strong disinfectant smell. The staff were VERY accommodating and friendly.

Conveniently located off 95S so it was perfect for our drive down to FL. Not much in the area so get dinner beforehand.
The lady that checked me in was not what you’d call friendly that’s for sure!
We stayed in room 121. It was just a little sad. Peeling paint everywhere, especially the bathroom. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. It wasn’t a huge deal bc the weather is cool right now but the room was stuffy. I let the front desk know when we checked out so hopefully that gets fixed.
Free breakfast was decent/typical. Good coffee. Lady that checked me out was super friendly and nice. I’d stay here again if we were in a pinch but I’d probably try to stay elsewhere.

Bathtub was full of water when we checked in. Refrigerator did not cycle off. Paint coming off the walls. Corners of the room were dirty.
Will not stay here again.
