Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.

Highly recommended. Central position, excellent staff and very tasteful food. I had only breakfast included in the booking but decided to have lunch and dinner in the hotel. And the town is wonderful.

Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità da parte di tutto lo staff, dai proprietari al personale delle pulizie e del ristorante compreso, un ambiente dove davvero ti senti a casa. 👍😃

Hotel centralissimo e molto caratteristico pulizia nulla da eccepire. Personale molto cordiale. Un’unica cosina da migliorare un po’ la prima colazione. Andrebbe implementata chissà aggiungendo anche qualche prodotto tipico che non guasta affatto.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Riva und mitten in einer Fußgängerzone, die man zum Be-und Entladen befahren darf. Die Inhaber sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, so, wie auch das gesamte Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komplett eingerichtet mit Safe, Klimaanlage (die hervorragend funktionierte) und ausreichend Platz. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir bezeichneten es schon als unseren europäischen Happy Place :-)

Hotel in centro comodo a tutto personale gentile e disponibile camere pulite e molto silenziose .... ottima colazione sia dolce che salato ....insomma super consigliato!!! Sicuramente se torniamo in zona sappiamo già dove andare!!!!

È quello che si meritano: una bella recensione. Abbiamo viaggiato in coppia con il nostro ragazzo e devo dire che ci hanno accolto con professionalità e cortesia. Hotel comodo in centro e ben pulito. Camera con bagno spazioso. Abbiamo anche mangiato bene nel loro ristorante adiacente. Alla prossima….

Piccolo albergo in pieno centro storico a Riva del Garda, ideale per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere l'imbarco dei battelli per il giro del lago. Pulito, molto silenzioso e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione non ricchissima ma buona. Da ritornarci.

Buon albergo al centro di Riva del Garda. Stanza molto spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa, personale gentile e disponibile. Unica cosa da migliorare è la colazione, ottima per qualità ma scarsa per la scelta: niente verdura, pochissima scelta di frutta che non viene rimessa una volta finita sul tavolo, scelta di dolce molto limitata ( ci sono solo cornetti semplici, niente torte, niente crostate, niente ciambellone)
