De SPA is geweldig, maar het is jammer dat de badjassen en sandalen veel te klein zijn voor degenen onder ons die een beetje aan de stevige kant zijn. De douchekop zit niet tegenover het afvoerrooster. Heel moeilijk om te douchen zonder de badkamervloer nat te maken. De rest is prima

ruime kamer (suite) die zijn geld waard was. Er was ook een teiltje water en iets om te knabbelen voor de hond wanneer we in de kamer kwamen. Dat was zeer leuk. Het hotel is goed gelegen, 2 minuten wandelen tot aan de inrijpoort van het oude centrum van Ricquewihr. Aangezien we graag iets anders aten dan de keuze in het hotel restaurant zijn we in Ricquewihr zelf gaan eten. Het ontbijt was correct en niet 'over the top', het is tenslotte een ontbijt. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het binnenzwembad was een beetje druk - zelfs tot sluitingstijd om uur dus hebben we daar geen gebruik meer van gemaakt. Maar hier komen we nog wel terug!

What a lovely stay we had.
The hotel is centrally located to access all the different towns, the wine route, the castles…
The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, food, and more importantly awesome staff they were all so helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in the area.

Property was unique as a Best Western type property, and was well maintained and staffed.
Our room was too unique - Room 301 required that I take the elevator to the top floor (level 2) and them wend my way to a tight and cramped circular stairway and carry my bags up the stairway to our room. With a larger bag, this was not easy for someone over 60 years old. But we managed, and the room was very nice and comfortable.

This is a very well run hotel with a very good breakfast buffet, nice pools and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

Great hotel in Riquewihr! Great location with walking distance to the village. Nice, clean rooms and a great outdoor pool. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff!

Stayed in a deluxe room with balcony in the new wing and could enjoy the sun until around noon. Saw one of the older rooms - also nice, but the upgrade is worth the money. Excellent breakfast, cleaning and staff. Didn't use the spa. Only thing is that the information in the room says, that cleaning is done by 1 pm - most days that was 3 pm (not a major dealbreaker :-)). Would definately stay again.
