The staff were not properly trained. I was confronted and stopped while inside the resort van, by 2 security people. They did not have name tags and refused to let me know reason of confrontation.
My phone stolen by hotel employee.
Hotel management did not rectify my pain and suffering. Very disappointed with this hotel overall trea**ent of guests. I would never recommend it to any of my friends. I would never go back.

Ótimo Resort para viajar com a família e amigos. Piscinas, hot park e prai do ?Cerrado excelentes. É a segunda vez que vamos mas, nessa última vez a qualidade do hotel caiu muito. Atendimento ruim, recepção péssima, limpeza e organização deixaram muito a desejar. Caro, sujo e cheio. Ficamos muito tempo esperando dentro do carro com criança pequena para conseguir chegar no hotel. Na chegada eu mesma levei as malas para o quarto. Achei que quando chegasse iria encontrar como da primeira vez, uma decoração linda em cima da cama com as toalhas. Fomos para o almoço, cheio de gente, pouca comida, nada de diferente pelo valor que pagamos. A reserva de horários para café da manhã e almoço não seguiam protocolo. Tudo é cobrado à parte, inclusive as toalhas para piscinas. E a moça que me entregou as toalhas não teve a capacidade de explicar sobre essa cobrança. Taxa ambiental. Preço absurdo em todas as consumações e cardápio com baixa variedade de itens. Uma verdadeira exploração. Dessa vez não vi nenhum atrativo que valesse o preço que pagamos. Serviço de baixíssima qualidade e preço muito elevado. Vendedores nos corredores, oferecendo planos, desagradável demais. Não voltamos e não recomendamos. Uma pena já foi um excelente hotel.

Comprei o plano em 2016 e fiz 2 upgrade, em 2018 fiz upgrade para um plano mais completo, porém, os direitos que adquiri, hoje, são negados. Eles convidam para fazer mais upgrade para ter os direitos que já havia contratado em 2018. Por exemplo: acesso à área de hóspedes que hoje é ‘espaço Vocation club’ mediante reserva (limitado) e com espaço somente para outro plano recentemente lançado; E entregam apto de capacidade para 3 hóspedes para reserva de 4 hóspedes (2 adultos e 2 crianças- 10 e 6 anos), sendo que meu plano é suite master.

Estadia na média de um hotel 4 estrelas, apesar de ter o nome resorts ele peca em alguns pontos até mesmo pelo preciso da diária. Dizem que tem serviço de quarto, mas você nunca consegue pedir, então vc tem que descer e ir no bar fazer seu pedido e pedir para que entreguem no seu quarto. O Wi-Fi ele cai bastante ao menos no quarto, fui com a família, mas estava trabalhando e tive que usar na maior parte do tempo o 5g do celular.
O café da manhã é o almoço são de boa qualidade, mas peca por não ter opção de sobremesa s lactose, então se a pessoa não poder comer derivados ela só tem a opção de comer frutas.
Os funcionários são sempre educados e quanto a isso não tive problemas.
A noite no bar percebi poucos funcionários e como consequência sobrecarrega de trabalho para os funcionários e demora nos pedidos é mais uma vez repito para o valor da diária deveria ter mais funcionários .

O lugar é muito bom e bonito. Diversão garantida mas o hotel pelo valor pago deixa a desejar. Atendimento não muito eficiente em caso de necessidade pois tive problemas com ar condicionado do quarto e precisou de falar algumas vezes até ter o problema com alguma solução.

Estadia foi ótima, só achei a copa para o bebê sem estrutura, ruim e cheia de formigas!
Mas o hotel em si eh muito bom… e próximo do parque das fontes.
