Cute little hotel very close to the beach and to some lively restaurant and bars. Pool have a nice view and people are very nice there.

Uns wurde beim Check-In nicht mitgeteilt, dass die Getränke und Snacks in der Minibar berechnet werden. Auf dem Zimmer war lediglich eine Karte, auf der angegeben war, dass eine Kaffeekapsel umgerechnet ca. 1,60€ kostet - mehr nicht. Dementsprechend hatten wir uns an der Minibar bedient (hauptsächlich Wasser). Wir waren insgesamt 8 Nächte in dem Hotel, gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts wurden uns die gesamten Snacks und das Wasser (pro 330 ml Flasche ca 2 Euro) in Rechnung gestellt. Auf die Frage hin, wieso uns das nicht von Anfang an mitgeteilt wurde oder weshalb auf unserem Zimmer NICHTS dergleichen zu finden war (außer dem Zettel bzgl. der Kaffeekapsel) haben wir keine Antwort erhalten und mussten wohl oder übel die gesamte Summe zahlen, was nach 8 Tagen natürlich nicht wenig war.
Dadurch, dass die Kollegen an der Rezeption kein gutes Englisch bzw. kaum Englisch konnten, war der Service entsprechend unterirdisch. In so einem Hotel sollte eigentlich vorausgesetzt werden, dass die Kollegen an der Rezeption der englischen Sprache mächtig sind.
Fazit: keine Empfehlung, für das ausgegebene Geld gibt es um weiten bessere Hotels, die das Geld dann auch wert sind.

Quarto e banheiro com otimos espaçamentos! Muito bem localizado, quase na esquina vim Av Atlantica, em frente ao posto 5. Assim, da pra fazer passeios a pé tranquilamente. Cafe da manha diverso e muito saboroso. Funcionários simpaticos, recomendo e queremos voltar!

Hello! The property was great. Good area - many places to eat and drink. The beach is minutes away. The staff at the front desk were nice. However, we tried eating at the hotel restaurant and no staff was available. They looked at us and did not offer a seat. I asked for assistance and the staff said wait a minute. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes another staff member looked and walked away. We left unhappy and unwelcome and had dinner some place else. Would I come back - no.

The rooftop pool with bar was amazing. Small space, but very cozy. The restaurant was also great. Staff was on point and responsive.

We stayed here twice and both stays were great. Rooms are comfortable and clean, huge beds, great area, excellent service 👌 We also stayed in a nearby seemingly similar hotel, but Ritz was much better. I'd definitely book here again next time!
