O predio fica localizado proximo ao metro da Cardeal Arcoverde na altura do posto 2 da praia, na Barata Ribeiro. Entre as transversais Fernando Mendes e Republica do Peru. Otima localizacao. O qpto é espaçoso e a construcao do condominio é boa. Academia, sauna, salao de festas. O cafe da manha tem alguma variedade e é bem saboroao

Esse hotel já foi "alvo" das reportagens "investigativas" do Fantástico quando estavam pesquisando que hotéis trocavam a roupa de cama quando o quarto era liberado para outro hóspede... Não passou... De qualquer forma, já fiquei algumas vezes aí, antes e depois dessa reportagem. É um bom flat, com dois ambientes, mais cozinha e até área de serviço A academia tem estritamente o básico, sauna grande, demora para esquentar e não esquenta muito Café da manhã regular e atendimento ruim... O rapaz parece pensar que está fazendo um grande favor aos hóspedes (devo dizer que, dependendo do hóspede, ele até se mostra simpático). Então, depende dele ir com sua cara.. Isso não influencia muito, a menos que você precise pedir alguma coisa pra ele. Na recepção, varia... algumas meninas são extremamente solícitas, outras fazem só o necessário pra você ir embora logo sem dizer que não foi atendido em sua solicitação
