Excellent location to those who seek easyness in transportation around historical Center area of Rio de Janeiro Brasil. This hotel is basic however safe clean kindly attentif représentatives . I enjoyed my stay. At nearby surroundings great delicious food nicely priced in excellent quality. Merci à tous l’attention toujours

Basic hotel in the centre of Rio with breakfast included. It probably has the best value for money.
Wifi was available at reception, not in room.

The worst hotel where they break into your room at will and ransacked your luggages and belongings. You can't never feel safe here. Breakfast food is horrible and the wifi oh just another full page to complain about. Booking this hotel was the greatest mistake. They shouldn't be allowed to continue operating. I'm going further to report them to BBB and all international hospitality regulators.

Hotel com ótima localização. Porém há algumas limitações quanto a comodidade, acesso à internet e televisão, higienização moderada e atendimento simples.

Sujeira por toda parte, bichinhos nos ralos do banheiro, quarto com cheiro de mofo, roupas de cama com aspecto de sujas, tv sem funcionar, ar condicionado não gela, só faz barulho.
Técnico chegou a ir ao apartamento para solucionar o problema da TV e do ar condicionado. Desci 3 vezes a recepção, já que ninguém atendia o telefone e fui extremamente mal tratada pelos 2 senhores da recepção.
NUNCA MAIS!!!

Esse lugar não pode ser intitulado "hotel". Ar condicionado quebrado, não adiantou pedir manutenção , pois ignoraram. Passei 2 dias derretendo. Atendentes grosseiros e perdidos. Segurança alguma na entrada. Elevadores com dificuldade pra fechar a porta. O wi -fi não pega. Vou solicitar reembolso no Procon, 50 reais estava caro. Fiz a reserva via cartão de crédito. Fui prestar um concurso e não tive o mínimo dos serviços cobrados. Taxa de cancelamento? R$109,00. Ou seja, um absurdo. O café da manhã? Além do pão e dos frios tudo velho e passado. As regras do hotel estão datilografada, ou seja, ali não tem manutenção há anos. Não havia interfone no meu quarto. É passível de inspeção e denúncia, sem chances de funcionar como está, um risco às pessoas.

Quarto muito diferente da foto, paredes sujas, roupa de cama com cheiro de mofo, cama com pedaços de madeira para sustentar e velha. Ar condicionado no teto, sem possibilidade de ligar e muito antigo. Tv de tubo e com a imagem chuviscada. Parede do box suja, sem toalhas de banho ou rosto. Tudo bem que o hotel é barato, mas limpeza é essencial!!! Não volto nesse hotel nunca mais e não recomendo ao ninguém.
