Very basic and old very hard and uncomfortable bed and pillows definitely not sound proofed rooms food very poor and just reheated bathroom very old bright light comes through from under the door heater doesn’t work so was very cold wouldn’t stay in a holiday inn again very poor

My elderly parents stayed here and I asked the hotel to look after them. They were delighted! The staff were super helpful and they had a great room. They could not have done more. Thanks!

Staff need to familiarize customers with fire evacuation procedures and if possibly supply them with leaflets in the rooms

Reception and bar and restaurant area very good but bedrooms need some money spent on them however the bedrooms were very clean

The staff were very helpful in resolving problems.
Nice complimentary toileteries in the bathroom.
Comfortable beds.
The property looks dated on the outside but modern inside.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, we had a couple of small issues which were dealt with quickly by the reception staff
We had a dinner bed and breakfast deal which was very good value.
