MUY BUEN HOTEL PARA VISITAR DE VACACIONES, MUY BUEN TRATO DE TODO SU PERSONAL, LA COMIDA ESTA MUY BUENA Y LA ATENCION EXELENTE, EN EL AREA DE SNACKS SIEMPRE CUENTAN CON ALGO PARA LA BOTANA, LOS ANIMADORES MUY BUENA ONDA SIEMPRE SACANDO UNA SONRRISA E INVITANDO A SUS ACTIVIDADES DE ECHO ME GANE UNA PLAYERA EN UN CONCURSO, EN LAS NOCHES LOS SHOWS QUE HACEN SON MUY BUENOS, PURAS HORAS DE DIVERCION VALE MUCHO LA PENA HACER RESERVACION YO SI VUELVO.

Love this place. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If only they could keep the elevator working Beach is the best. A la carte food is wonderful as is the buffet. Added plus is that we can go to nearby la Marina or Isla de Coral for drinks and meals

First off they charged my credit card twice and refused to refund card, instead insisting for personal banking info, 3 weeks later, no credit and back home having to take it up with my credit card company. Building 1 by beach is well past it's prime, very old and tired. Moved to building 4 and it was better however beds were still hard like concrete. Food at buffet left a lot to be desired, they served wieners and spam. To be fair ate a couple times at a la carte and it was pretty good. Only 2 a la carte restaurants and only 1 open each night! I preferred walking down to Decameron Marina and eating at their buffet. I will definitely not be back.

When we checked in at night there weren’t any instructions given as to where the restaurants are and which way to the room etc. The receptionist although very polite and considerate but didn’t explain things and gave a printed brochure. We were given a very poor room at first with the worst maintenance I have ever seen. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for that room but after complaining and refusing to stay at that room the reception accommodated us in a better room. I guess it is a three star resort, you can’t really expect a five star service. The beach is full with locals and people trying to sell you all sorts of stuff including fish and prawns. There’s isn’t much laugers at the beach and you have to fight for a vacant one. Even at the bar the service was poor as not that many people working (usually one) and huge line ups to get the drinks. We got to experience the local community which was great. Overall an average experience and nothing too special !

We are exhausted. The beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are lumpy. It’s constantly loud and seems like the windows and doors are open even when closed. It’s impossible to relax because there is always so much noise. The loud speaker with activities starts very early in the day and doesn’t stop at all. Our room is dirty, black hair and dirt in the bathroom upon the arrival. While some staff are friendly, most are rude and dismissive. I will never come back and would never encourage this resort to anyone. A horribly disappointing waste of money.

They food has been great and the people have been so friendly. The rooms are abit old but we were surprised when we started exploring around. But other parts of the resort have Made up for it completely. The pools were clean and the drinks were tasty with a menu so you don't get lost trying to pick one.

Pillows and beds are hard. Very few employees speak English especially at front desk and entertainment staff. Lots of vendors on the beach which I liked. The restaurants at Los Cocos was hit and miss. Often I walked up to La Marina as the food there was way better. Seafood restaurants at Los Cocos was not up to my expectations however the steak house exceeded my expectations. Building one will undergo renovations … I was told renovations would start Feb 1 but this Mexico so who knows. As of today Feb 10, 2024 renovations have not started.

The worst all inclusive ever. In a very sketchy area, so far from civilization. They do not like Americans here. I can’t believe this place is in business!

This was our 15th year going to the Decameron Los Cocos, we are a group of 15 to 25 who usually go the second week of March. The staff are amazing! It is very clean, the food is very good and the entertainment is excellent. Some parts of the hotel are a bit tired looking but the cleanliness and the staff more than makeup for that. Great Value for the price! Can’t wait to go back in 10 weeks
