A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice apar**ent! We wondered if the proximity to the airport would be a problem, but it was very quiet. We had a room on the top floor and had a wonderful view of the ocean. When we couldn’t get the heater to work, they came up immediately and got it running. Everything was spacious, except for the shower, it was pretty small. I paid the extra fee to use the spa area and it was wonderful.

A little way outside Rimini this apar**ent block is modern, light, has a spa and outdoor pool. We had a 2 bedroom 6th floor apar**ent. We were pleasantly pleased as it was a last minute booking. Overall in a good location too. I don't know what else to write as TripAdvisor keeps saying to write more.

Great apart hotel near the beach with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only notes were that the shower wasn’t great- the floor was dated and the water pressure kept fluctuating. The pool was a great bonus but unfortunately it was very cold!

This building in Miramare (Riccione) is very close to the sea and just few kimeters to Rimini city centre. The apar**ent has everything you need for your staying: equipped kitchen with oven, ac, washmachine, TV and all is brand new. Nero d'avorio aparthotel has reception, parking lot and a lovely swimming pool. You may need a car or public buses to explore cities around.I tried to leave in advance my apar**ent here for personal reasons but unfortunately this request could not be satisfied.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per circa 5 giorni, ambiente molto familiare cortesia e gentilezza la fanno da padrona. Il nostro appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole, inoltre il mio pet ha trovato in camera una cuccia e ciotole, la piscina molto bella peccato per il tempo piovoso, la spa molto bella, tutto come nelle foto. In cinque minuti a piedi si arriva sul lungomare...ci torneremo sicuramente
