Clean, friendly and beautiful hotel in Rimini. 3* but worth specially for Italian standard hotels. Good position, good price/ performance. Everything look clean, maintained. Extremely helpful and friendly stuff . Bedding so fresh and profumed( they do they own laundry). Recommended

This hotel is very good value, we stayed here last year and returned recently for a couple of days. The hotel’s location is ideal for a very short walk to the beach, there’s a tram service very close by that takes you quickly into Rimini centre where there are lovely shops and ancient Roman ruins. Massimo is a great host and his breakfasts are excellent.

Firstly, Massimiliano is a great host and gave us a choice between 2 rooms. The room we chose was very comfortable, spacious and spotless with good air conditioning. Breakfast included an extensive choice of juices, several types of milk, cereals, sweet and savoury platters, regular and espresso coffees. The location is close to the beach and shops. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel which takes you to the historic centre of Rimini in minutes. Excellent value for money!

Arredi Ikea da copertina e a**osfera tranquilla e un po’ vintage ⚜️🤍… Questo hotel si distingue in mezzo a tutti gli altri per la semplicità e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Nonostante le mille richieste fatte sono stati gentili e hanno avuto mille accortezze nei nostri confronti. Ciliegina sulla torta, a colazione (tra le altre opzioni) avevano addirittura il latte d’avena e mi hanno preparato un latte macchiato buonissimo. Top! 🫶🏻

Hotel pulito, camera molto bella. Massimiliano si è dimostrato efficiente a 360°, sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Ottima anche la colazione. Il bagno ristrutturato con parquet e maxi doccia davano un tocco in più al soggiorno.

Soggiorno breve ma molto positivo , struttura carinissima con arredi di gusto , chi ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile e chiaro nelle info ……camera piccola ma ben arredata e con tutti i confort e nonostante un piccolo inghippo hanno risolto in tempi record senza problemi !!!!Ottima colazione con torte fatte in casa ( crostata super buona 😋😋😋) Comodo alla spiaggia che si raggiunge in cinque /dieci minuti a piedi ed alla vasta scelta di locali dove mangiare ! Possibilità di parcheggio per l’auto ! Torneremo sicuramente visto il trattamento ricevuto che ci ha davvero stupito e di questi tempi non è scontato !!!! Prezzi onestissimi !!!!

Ottima accoglienza : quando torno mi sento sempre accolta in famiglia. Ottimo il buffet della colazione con prelibatezze preparate in casa ... Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, ai negozi e ai mezzi pubblici

Hotel davvero eccellente. Pulito, confortevole, tranquillo. Abbiamo pernottato in una tripla completamente ristrutturata. Situato in una zona comoda. La disponibilità di Massimiliano unica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Ospitalità e Pulizia sono i punti forti, di questa piccola struttura poco distante dalla spiaggia, merito della posizione strategica, che pur non essendo in prima linea, si apprezza la tranquillità notturna, l’unico neo la vicinanza della ferrovia, si consiglia di farsi assegnare le camere sul retro, decisamente più silenziose. Da segnalare l’Ottima gestione, mirata alla soddisfazione dei propri ospiti nell’assoluta discrezione ed educazione, che solo i romagnoli riescono a trasmettere….CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
