第二次入住這個酒店，三年前在booking 上預訂的房間在三樓，床在上面的，三樓過道看上去更像酒店的感覺，這次攜程上預訂的，房間在四樓最後一間，窗户沒有之前三樓的大，但小而精緻房間還是挺温馨的一個人住，通常早餐後去徒步，下午三點左右回到酒店水療強烈推薦喲😊

這個酒店是指定入住的，瑞士的環境簡直沒有吐槽點，小而精緻，服務雖然沒有那麼的熱情，也許是文化不同，會感受到禮貌。

Sehr schade…. Swiss Quality ist nicht mehr was es war.
Leider alles sehr lieblos.
Wir haben ganze 3 freundliche Mitarbeiter im
Hotel getroffen.
Das bad war völlig überloffen…

Prachtige ruime kamer met dito uitzicht. Een koelkastje ontbrak helaas en onze kamer op de t****e etage was erg gehorig. En dat voor bijna 300 euro per nacht. Daarbij moet gezegd worden dat de hotelprijzen in Zwitserland een stuk hoger zijn dan in Nederland.

This is a great place to stay. There is a pool on site and you are provided with towels and robes to use the facility. The hotel is well located with lovely walks starting right out the front. The views are spectacular. Breakfast was included in our package and excellent with pastries, juices and other selections. The hotel is obliging with storage of luggage and the check in staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and it was one of the highlights of our trip. There are a couple of shops close by for ice cream and souvenirs. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station.

Everything about our stay was excellent!
We highly recommend this resort as a fantastic option to enjoy a mountain spa & hotel with a staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent service, hospitality and friendliness!
We did not want to leave and that we can return some day!

I stayed at Rigi Kaltbad before and it was always a very wonderful experience, except this time. The female receptions were unhelpful and unhappy. Maybe they are not regular staff, underpaid or something. Mohamed, the receptionist, on the other hand, was very friendly, professional and helpful. We felt welcomed by him. If it wasn’t for him, I’d not return.

Best spa experience I had. Nice restaurant and reasonably priced. Great breakfast with many nice options. Very friendly staff. So close to the train and lift. Highly recommended.
