Hotel was ok, room was remodeled but the bathroom was not. The staff was good, breakfast a little poor and the room was noisy. Room was clean.

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. Very convenient and low-cost, when I'm travelling from Ottawa to Montreal.
I never had an issue until last weekend. After checking in just after 8pm and watching TV for a couple of hours (just before bedtime) I got out of bed and saw there was blood on the sheets. NOT MINE thank goodness, but I took a photo (timestamped 9:42 pm). It was too late to change rooms, because I had already unpacked and had to get up SUPER early the next morning to be in Montreal for 7:00 am, so I just slept on the other side of the bed. I requested a refund the next morning, sending them a picture of the blood on the sheets.
They refused compensation, saying "I should have told them the previous evening when I discovered the problem" They also said "they found Band-aid wrappers in the room". Well, I never used a Band-aid, because I never cut myself. It was leftover from the previous occupant, which they said was "impossible".
What is "impossible" is the likelihood of me ever staying there again. I have no issue with mistakes, we all make them; what I can't tolerate is a company (the hotel) not taking responsibility for their mistakes and making it right. If you won't admit it, you'll never fix it.

Room is clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant. On things are:
1. Unpleasant hotel room spray smell permeated my clothing.
2. Outside of hotel is dilapidated and very sad.
3. Inside hotel smells odd.
4. Won't stay there again.

Great stay nice staff and clean hotel. A little on the more expensive side. Breakfast could have a few more options. Lots of parking and staff was nice and friendly.

Great staff, I forgot my jacket and cash in the room when I checked out, but the staf kept everything for me including the complete cash

It is a nice place to stay, very simple no frills, bathroom was dated. Overall for the price, it was clean, staff was friendly. I would stay again.
they wouldn't give me an invoice, thought that was a bit odd as I stay in a lot of hotels.

The property needs to be bulldozed! It was smelly, creepy, and nasty. Would not recommend to anyone!
