酒店房內面積很大，洗手間有超大浴缸及超大的空間，外圍環境寧靜而美麗，河渡縱橫交錯，天鵝雁鳥野鴨隨時等你餵飼。

I was visiting mates in Rickmansworth and decided to book at Premier Inn. They were very comfortable and a perfect base to stay.

Really great clean, peaceful hotel. really excellent breakfast, good value for money. Decent affordable parking too.

We stayed on Saturday night for a trip to Wembley which is the ideal location as its on the direct line to Wembley park tube station and its a 12 minute walk. We arrived at 12.00 and no early check in rooms were available. We stood in reception for 5 minutes pressings the buzzer with no staff around. We found the lady very busy in the bar. Car parking was very good at 3.50 for 24 hours. We had a few drinks in the evening which was nice in the bar. Breakfast was very busy with two ladies running around trying to cope and it's quite clear they have a staffing issue here they definitely need 3 or 4 not 2 people at Breakfast. We waited 5 minutes for plates. We would definitely recommend and return just a staffing issue.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at this Premier Inn. The hotel was as expected but the staff were all simply amazing! Despite a small electrical issue with a light, which was handled very professionally. The breakfast was amazing with once again simply amazing staff, which was so refreshing, they went above and beyond, always with a smile and courteous response!👏👏👏👏

Perfect for my French visitors - easy access to London tourist sights via Underground or British Rail in Rickmansworth, with Windsor and Harry Potter Experience in Leavesden locally. Beautiful room overlooking the canal, nice and quiet, with the Aquadrome nearby for nature walks. Excellent breakfast choices, continental or cooked in a welcoming restaurant. Clean and comfortable family room at a great price. Helpful and friendly staff. Emergency check out after just six days, with one day to run, was courteously dealt with - including an unexpectedly speedy refund. I was very proud that Premier Inn impressed my French friends in every way possible and look forward to their next visit

Hotel was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Bed was really comfy and you couldn't hear traffic from the busy road. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed as we needed to visit Harefield hospitals. The staff we absolutely brilliant accomadating our needs paricularly Lynda who did all she could to make our stay as smooth as possible during a difficult time . If you need to visit Harefield, i would highly recommend this hotel as the drive to the hospital is easy . We booked the meal deal, and the evening meal was the best i have had in a Premier Inn and i have stayed in many . The canal directly behind the hotel is a nice walk , and there is a Tesco's nearby if you need anything . If you wanted to visit London, but not stay in the city , there are good transport links , we also went into Watford that had a nice shopping centre . Parking is only 3.50 per day, which is a big bonus also .

Cheap as chips with a lovely big and clean room, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Couldn't fault it, especially at that price. Handy location too. My only (very small) fault is having to pay extra for the car park - I think they should include that in the price as most would need a car and the car park was practically empty anyway.
