Checked in around 7p, no one was at feont desk for about a half hour. Cleaning staff was available, folding sheets in the dining area....but front desk was unavailable, short staffed to save money i spose. Windows have some debris all over them like wet newspaper.

Overall, I'd stay here again, but we did have problems, which I was told were all in the process of being addressed. The outside back door locked at 7am, the pool was closed, and the blinking smoke detector light in the room which annoyed everyone. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The property was quiet. Call and ask about the pool, because we were not told that it would be closed.

We enjoyed our 1-night stay at this hotel and would stay there again if we are in the area. The breakfast was great and the employee working in that area was on top of everything and very courteous. Our room was quiet and large enough to accommodate our family. The pool was amazing and felt warm, which is rare for hotel pools that we have stayed at in the past. Overall pleased with our experience.

Nice clean hotel, all the staff we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice sized and had all the amenities we needed. Pool was clean and warm, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply the best place we’ve stayed at in Richmond. Clean, friendly, convenient.

Not the best place to stay. When we pulled out our couch bed the mattress was stained and gross! When we went to the front desk to ask for a new room they were very hesitant to get us another room. They finally did. When we pulled the table out in our new room in the morning for breakfast it was filthy and had definitely not been cleaned by housekeepers.

We liked the manager’s reception. Also, we were able to put our bikes in a room by the front desk instead of in our hotel room.

Would have been nicer had there been another set of elevators at the other end of the hotel. Wasn’t many parking options at the main door, so we had to park at the back but then walk to the main doors to get to the elevator and then our room was at the back of the building on the 4th floor. Other than that, the room was great, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was eh. Overall, great stay.

Amazingly quiet for being right by the interstate. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Good breakfast.
