Sonesta ES Suites Dallas Richardson

I will say this hotel is nothing like I expected. Rooms are completely separate from the office, in two (at least all I saw) buildings. Upon check-in, I was told which building my room was located in, but no further instructions. Upon entering the building there is a staircase and dimly lit hallway. Thankfully, our room was on the 1st floor. Condition of the room, was clean, but worn. Strong smell of **** as you as you entered & in the bathroom (I did let the front desk know this at check out, but she seemed disinterested) The shower had very little water pressure, and the bed wasn't awful, but wasnt great. The sofa bed ******. I did ask the front desk for an additional towel because we had 3 people in our room & I was told that because they were completely booked (which I'm not saying is a lie, but I definitely had a hard time believing) & that everyone had asked for additional towels, there were none available. Breakfast was honestly the best part of my whole stay, although the cheese omlets were cold. They do charge a $100 incidental & its refunded in X amount of days, which after seeing all the signs about how you can purchase their "amazing" towels & other items, it seems they may have a theft issue. Will I stay here again?Most likely not. But I can see the appeal if you're looking for somewhere clean, yet cheap.

I always love booking at a place where we have the extra space so suites are my thing and I loved that about this place. Only things are having to have our toilet serviced (bulb replacement) in the middle of getting ready for my daughter’s cheer competition. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience and no apology given. Also, coffee only being offered during breakfast hours which is a little late on the weekends had us driving to a gas station seeing as how we get up to get ready way before 7. Typically I do my research but maybe I dropped the ball on this one.

The room was very large and nice. The hallways were a bit drab. The breakfast was pretty standard fare but strangely there were biscuits but no gravy and hash browns but no eggs.

This has truly been a home away from home, my kids and I have had to be here almost a month now. The 2 bedroom suite is like an apartment and it doesn’t even feel like a hotel. Thanks for a great experience, all the staff rock and they go above and beyond!! Just book, you want be sorry. I don’t even like writing reviews but I had to….

Office staff was incredibly rude. The condition of the building A was abysmal and smelled awful. There were young children running up and down the halls unsupervised and screaming loudly.

The staff was very kind but the property had a bunch of cigarettes outside the door. We did not receive any blankets for the pullout bed and the hall was very loud with barking dogs all hours of the night. The maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and when we answered the door there was noone there and the maid walked down the halI. Very weird. It was okay for the cost just a little disappointing

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast rules are uncomplimentary. YOU MUST SIT AND EAT IN THE KITCHEN. NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM WITH KIDS AND SPOUSE. VERY UNACCOMDATING. NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING TO YOUR ROOM. This is my first experience with any hotel. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

The hotel was in a really great area and super close to a venue we were going to see an artist. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend if visiting Dallas. I will come back!

Other than the bed sheets having been put on sideways by maid service, the room was clean, comfortable, and for the most part exceeded my expectations.
