Service was friendly, but no english. Breakfast like Italy, lot of cakes and sweets.
Only annoying things were the metal room doors, very uncomfortable to use.

Service was amazing, i can't complain about that (restaurant and front desk). But when i got to the room and water for shower were super cold and i was unable to turn on heater. I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. It was a cheap room, i stopped there because i was on my way to the south of Italy.

I stayed seven nights at this hotel. On arrival I was immediately impressed with this hotel for two stars, the public areas are clean, airy and very bright, there is a very adequate restaurant area together with plenty of outside, covered seating. I had booked a single room and I was allocated room 204, which although small was extremely adequate, with a good size tv, although all channels were Italian (well it is Italy), the aircon was very effective and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room benefitted from a balcony with good sea views. My room was serviced everyday and towels etc changed every other day. Breakfast was included in the price of my room, which was serviced personally and there was enormous choice, including cake!...I really could not fault the hotel or any it's staff who were always very helpful and polite...if opportunity arises I would definitely visit again.

Un 5 stelle meritato !!!!!!!!!...siamo appena tornati da tre GG con una mia amica...Bell hotel....molto pulito... posizione buona...a due passi dal mare e dalle vie più rinomate di riccione .......cibo molto buono e vario . .. abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione....e ci siamo trovate benissimo....camera terzo piano...vista mare mozzafiato.... colazione servita ma con alcuni dolci fatti in casa...una nota particolare.....Andrea ....persona meravigliosa..... attento...disponibile ....sempre allegro ....ci ha servito sempre con estrema professionalità e cortesia .....nn è scontato....lavorare con una marcia in più....un saluto anche al signor Marco......sempre con la battuta pronta ...se avremo occasione...torneremo qui sicuramente....

Andrea le chef nous a servi comme des rois, bonne cuisine et personnel sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix bel hôtel sur la plage.

Soggiorno aprile ..io e mio marito ci siamo trovati bene,gentilezza cordialita' dei propietari unica, cibo ottimo e abbondante .Dolci deliziosi e pietanze molto buone con bis.Il nostro piccolo cagnolino e' stato il benvenuto.grazie.

In occasione del TTG di Rimini ho soggiornato presso questa deliziosa struttura. Hotel estremamente pulito e con spazi comuni completamente rinnovati nei minimi dettagli. Occorrerebbe forse solo rinnovare un po' le camere che sono comunque confortevoli e ben pulite. Ottima accoglienza, gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale presente. Complimenti allo chef per la cordialità, simpatia ma sopratutto per la colazione da 4 stelle con un'offerta sia dolce che salata di alto livello... squisiti i dolci "fatti in casa"!!! Consigliatissimo per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno, che sia di lavoro come il mio ma anche per le coppie e le famiglie. Il prossimo anno torno di sicuro!!! Grazie!!!!

Premesso che è un 'due' stelle e come tale presenta alcuni limiti ma ripeto è normale, ma per quanto riguarda gentilezza, ospitalità e cucina, le stelle sono molto di più. Camere pulite, Marco gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, così come il ragazzo addetto alla sala. Cucina molto buona, piatti abbondanti e tutti i giorni è stato servito anche il bis. Colazione con prodotti da bar e ciambelle/crostate fatte in casa. Complimenti a tutti. Da ripetere.
