Hotel Villaggio Stromboli

This hotel was a resort style, our room was a newly modern renovated room, it was stunning. The grounds are beautiful, the staff very friendly. They have a private beach, which is at the bottom of a steep hill, they provide a golf cart to bring you down and up. At the beach there is a restaurant which we ate at and it was great! They also have a big beautiful pool with very comfortable beach chairs. I and my family were very happy with this resort.

ANIMAZIONE PESSIMA SOLO 3 RAGAZZI CON ABBIGLIAMENTO SPORCHISSIMO E SCARSA IGIENE POCO PRESENTABILE AL PUBBLICO, LOTTERIA SETTIMANALE TRUCCATISSIMA PESCAVANO DEI NUMERI MA POI USCIVANO DALLE TASCHE ALTRI NUMERI ACCORDATI CON UNA SELEZIONE DI CLIENTI, LINGUAGGIO E ATTEGGIAMENTO UTILIZZATO POCO ADATTO AD UNA UTENZA DI FAMIGLIE, 10 PUNTI SOLO PER ARIANNA ADDETTA AL MINICLUB UNICA PREDISPOSTA E DEDITA AL SUO LAVORO. PISCINA MOLTO BELLA E ALLESTIMENTO LETTINI ED OMBRELLONI NUOVO MANCA PERÒ UN BAGNINO!!! VISTA TRAMONTI MOZZAFIATO!! GENTILISSIMO PERSONALE ACCOGLIENZA E BAR PISCINA.

A hotel with a great view. Animators are fantastic, especially Arianna. Our kids loved her. Hotel offers nice entertainment not only for children, but for adults as well. With my mother in law we really enjoyed aqua gym and "gioco caffe". We had half board arrangement^choice offered for breakfasts and dinners was very nice. Menue for dinners was always different, the food was delicious. There was always a swimming pool available, our kids did not want to leave it as they enjoyed it a lot. Beach is small, only for the hotel. If you are sensitive, be ready to take beach shoes with you as the shore is not a sandy but a rocky one.

Poor service. We spend one and a half months getting the refund, and when we call them and asked them when we will get the refund, they were making fun of us. The deal was a free cancellation, so I would appreciate it that you give the frame when the payment is made as a hotel.

My mother and I just came back from our holiday at the Villagio stromboli and it was amazing! A nice room, a restaurant with sea view and a sandy beach to relax. Many thanks to the staff who is very corteous, warm-hearted and ready to help in any situation. Heartfelt thanks also to the whole animation team: Ivan, Tiziano, Lydia, Marilena and Mery are doing such a great job there! All of them are very open-minded, full of energy, motivating and it always had been a pleasure to see them!❤ All in all a stay at the Villagio stromboli is a good choice in every sense!

Prenotato per una camera tripla standard della quale ho chiesto le foto e mi è stata venduta una camera standard stile casa vacanza con cucina e 5 posti letto, bagno che cade a pezzi soprattutto la doccia. Personale che mentre stavamo riposando alle ore 15 entra senza bussare per il cambio della biancheria che non ha avuto tempo di fare in mattinata, per fortuna non stavamo facendo la doccia! Consiglio le zanzariere altrimenti sono inutili le finestre che non si possono aprire per le zanzare e un trattamento allo sfiato della fogna per non avere odori sgradevoli in camera. Le camere standard non devono vantare un lusso da camera comfort ma perlomeno devono essere funzionali. Pagato il prezzo richiesto ma non sono assolutamente contento del trattamento ricevuto!

Struttura molto gradevole con angoli verdi ben curati, personale sempre professionale e cortese. Camere molto belle e pulite. Andrebbe sistemata l'area kids vicino alla reception, in quanto la pavimentazione anti-trauma non credo sia più a norma e soprattutto è molto pericolosa perchè è tutta rialzata e si inciampa facilmente, col rischio che i bambini vadano a sbattere sui giochi... Oltretutto i giochi presenti sempre nella stessa area sono sporchi di sterco di uccelli rendendoli inutilizzabili... Un lifting delle aree giochi sarebbe gradito in generale, in quanto il playground è abbastanza vecchiotto e non in linea con il resto della struttura che è invece molto bella e curata. Area spiaggia comoda, anche sarebbe gradito avere a disposizione uno sdraio e un lettino anzichè due sdraii inoltre andrebbero informati i vacanzieri che la spiaggia non è sabbiosa e che quindi si consiglia l'uso delle scarpette. Anche l'oario dei pasti andrebbe anticipato di mezz'ora soprattutto avendo bambini piccoli pranzare alle 12,30/13,00 è un po tardi.

È il secondo anno che scegliamo Hotel Villaggio Stromboli🌈 per la nostra vacanza, Che dire un Angolo di Paradiso!💛 Fa la differenza la presenza costante del Sign.Antonio. Un ringraziamento anche a Filippo che organizza il ristorante in maniera impeccabile! Sarà la nostra Meta sicura anche il prx anno. Grazie per l accoglienza data!
