Mercure Rhodes Alexia Hotel & Spa

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf van 7 dagen in Alexia. Alles was fantastisch, super geplaatst voor Rhodos-stad, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Het hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk, altijd met tijd voor praten en hulp. Geweldige bar, goede drankjes. Kamers met goede afmetingen. Eén klacht: geen plek om je handdoek op te hangen na een stranddag. Al met al zou er zeker weer verblijven.

The girls in our family have an annual trip away for a week and this year the Mercure Alexia was our choice. We had an amazing time Everything was perfect. The room was spotless with a lovely cleaning lady The reception staff were more than happy to help in any way possible to ensure we enjoyed our stay, especially the guest relations lady, she was great. The bar staff were great and rustled up some nice cocktails for us. Perfect location, perfect hotel . This hotel is located with everything you can possibly need around you. We loved our stay here so much so that I have rebooked to return with my husband and daughter in August..can't wait ! Thankyou!

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach and so close to the old town too, such a nice place to stay would deffo come back ! Lovely pool too and balcony which are both sun traps and are so relaxing! Would recommend this hotel especially :)

We enjoyed a great week celebrating our wedding anniversary which the staff at the Alexia made memorable, especially the team at breakfast each morning, the reception staff, the housekeeping with their little personal touch and of course Alex and Stavros at the bar, well done and thanks to you all! The location is very convenient for everything Rhodes town has to offer. There can be a little noise very occasionally nearby at night but it’s a holiday resort, it wasn’t a problem and the environment and relaxing atmosphere made it special, well done team Alexia!!

Had a fantastic 7 day stay at the Alexia. Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Brilliantly placed for Rhodes town restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel staff are very friendly, always have time for a quick chat. The hotel is spotless. Great bar for drinks and lovely meals choice if you want to eat in. Our room had a street view, was ok but not photogenic. There was no street noise at all. The room is a good size for a short stay. Very modern, comfy bed and all the mod cons you need for your stay. Only one complaint, no where to hang your towel after a beach day, could have done with a maiden to hang out your beach wear. Breakfast was included and was delicious, loads of choice. Fresh egg station, omelettes or fried eggs. Greek yogurt and honey. Fresh fruit. Fresh breads, cereals, meats, salads, sausage, bacon we never went hungry all very nice. Coffee machine and juice machine both ok but not the best. All in all would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd year running staying at this fantastic hotel. It is located close to everything and the rooms are lovely. A special mention to Alex in the bar and angie on reception who both made our stay extra special and became good friends I had emailed asking for the same room as last year and when we arrived they had given us the room and also left us a bottle of wine.we used the spa for the 2nd year which was also great. As we had a late flight we paid to keep a room on and they gave us a junior suite for our last day which was amazing. We had a brilliant stay and will definitely be back.

Beatiful and clean hotel, great room, very close to beach and center,good breakfast, the only problem is the fact that the hotel is very close to a very busy and weird street, full of weird bars, very noisy zone,if you want to sleep with the windows open, you cant do that, but after all 4 from 5 stars

The hotel was clean, staff very approachable and friendly and willing to help with anything asked of them, there was entertainment on two nights of our stay that were very good, the pebble beach close by was good as I don’t like sand!! Plenty of restaurants on hand that were good

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city.
