Nafsika Hotel

An average hotel near a very windy beach, which is not really appropriate for swimming. The room itself was clean with comfortable beds and a small terrace. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is correct. There are some good places around with good gyros and a small supermarket is just across the hotel. The nice Elli beach is in 10 minutes walking distance.

Absolutely perfect stay. Friendly, warm and helpful on reception at all times. Lovely comfy rooms with good air con. Rooms cleaned every day . The best breakfast I could wish for every day. The area isn’t noise free it’s the centre of Rhodes but it didn’t bother me at all. Honestly didn’t want to come home and will definitely be returning here. Thankyou for helping to make my holiday perfect.

5 out of 5 On arrival we was warmly welcomed by hotel manager and was told we had a sea view balcony, which I kindly asked around time of booking, but was pre warned we might not get it due to other bookings, but was so happy when we did. The room was very clean and basic, but had everything you needed and the air conditioning was brilliant throughout our stay. The beach view was amazing and beautiful sunset view every evening which made it even more special. Every morning we was greeted by a friendly staff at breakfast, and a lovely buffet breakfast of fresh cheeses, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, watermelon, assor**ent of breads, boiled/omelette eggs, bacon or mini sausages and tea/coffee and orange juice which filled us up for our days of adventures. The rooms were made up every day and linen changed twice during our staff. The hotel staff couldn’t have done more to make our staff more enjoyable, I definitely recommend this hotel and a family run since the 1970s, which was lovely to hear. Boat trip from Rhodes town to symi €30 return. Walk to hotel nearest bus stop 2-3 minutes. Walk to Rhodes main bus station 10-15 minutes. Walk to old town 10-20 minutes. Walk to aquarium 10 - 15 minutes. Many restaurants very close to hotel. Food shop straight in front of the hotel - Opening times 7am to 11pm.

Very good Hotel, large rooms, good balcony, very clean, daily cleaning, changing of towels and sheets changed several times during our stay. The breakfast is good, both salty and sweet, and fruit. Friendly staff. The price-quality ratio is excellent. It must be noted that the beach in the immediate vicinity is not suitable for swimming because it is very windy and there are big waves. The nearest good beach is about a 10-minute walk through the city. it was not a problem for us.

Friendly, family run hotel, perfectly situated for beaches and the Old Town. Clean comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Lives up to its name, in the Odyssey Nafsika was a princess who rescued the shipwrecked Odysseus and granted him hospitality

Nafsika Hotel stayed here 11 nights bed & breakfast September 2022 single room, it’s a great hotel family run you are made to feel very welcome. Nafsika hotel is very clean & modern the cleaning ladies do an amazing job they keep the hotel spotless & they are very polite big thank you to the staff. The hotel is in a good location new town 10 minutes walk, old town 15 minutes walk, mandrake harbour 10 minutes, Elli beach 2 minutes. Plenty of restaurants/Bars in the area all in walking distance. Big thank you to Antony a great friendly host & Tanya what a fantastic host, she makes sure everything is to your likening & so very helpful, if I mention pineapple juice I think she will know who I am very big thank you to everyone. I would definitely recommend the Nafsika Hotel.

I have been staying at Nafsika for the last 6 years. First with my husband and after he passed away stayed with friends. It is the start of our holiday to Tilos. Hotel is first class from accomodations to staff. Spotlessly clean and such a warm welcome that we now feel like family. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Such a brilliant find with walking distance to old town and harbour. Can't wait to go back in July.

I stayed at Nafsika hotel just 2 nights in the end of May. I have asked the hotel if they can allocate me a room with a sea view which I have gotten! Danny and Tanja were really great to support me as their guest. Much appreciated! Only misunderstanding point was a Taxi fee. They have arranged me Taxi to Airport and the price was given by the hotel and the required price by the Taxi driver was not same amount. But that was not a big deal. The hotel is located perfect and next to a bus stop. I will choose this hotel again when I am coming back to Rhodes. Thank you!

Do not book this property! Booked this in November as it was near our actual hotel & this was to have a room on out final day as we had late flights! Got there at check in only to be told in very poor English they had doubled booked - they sent us in a taxi to a hotel they told us was 2,mins away! When we finally arrived it took us 45 mins to walk back to our hotel & the hotel room was not any better than a hostel! Very disappointed - we should have been told before hand!
