Extraordinary hospitality Xenia makes you feel the place like home Will come back for sure. Loved the food, the veranda. Everything was great. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικονομική διαμονή. Φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι. Και πολύ ήσυχο μέρος! Ότι έπρεπε!

Amazing service! Comfortable, clean rooms with great view. Great location if you want to explore South Rhodos. Super market, bakery and the beach are within 5 minutes walking distance. The breakfast and dinner that is prepared by Xenia is so original and tasty. Would certainly stay again.

We spent 5 days here, our stay was excellent! The host, Xenia is very helpful and kind, she did her best, all the time. ❤🙏 Anything we asked, she always tried to help, even prepared special dinner with wine for us. The room was nice and clean, with beautiful sea-view. If you can, check out the sunrise from these rooms, you won't be disappointed. The hotel has a very good location, 1 minute from the bus station, 2 minutes from the town-center, 3 minutes from the beach. Definitely coming back next time! 🏝🤩

The worst stay i've had so far. The air conditioning was not working so we stayed sleepless all night. The receptionist Xenia completely out of touch with reality. She reacted angrily to my comments concerning the room, calling me many disrespectful names, as she thought it was ok since im young of age. The most ironic, the next day after we left she called my partner begging to leave a good review with her name in it or otherwise, as she said to him and i repeat, the apparent "welcome drinks" would be charged. The room itself was ok ( apart from the air conditioning as i mentioned before), bathroom was a bit dirty but nothing appalling. Unfortunately i have a lot more to say about this unpleasant experience but i will leave it as it is. Very disappointing-

For the second time in this hotel! Fine place to stay, nice rooms and very fine bed!! A good location for sightseeing on the beautiful south of Rhodos, and for kitesurfing in Prasonisi! Gennadi is a nice village, good restaurants and bars and very nice people!!

I had a nice stay at the Panorama with free upgrade to balcony & sea view. Beach & village 5 minutes away. Clean & comfortable. Breakfast superb - home made pies, yogurt, honey, fruit. Thankyou Xenia!

Very happy with stay , room was very comfortable and we were very well fed at breakfast , Xenia made you feel like you were at home with great hospitality and it was lovely to sit outside for breakfast or for a drink at night - thank you

Cozy, clean and great hotel especially for travellers, who came to see the island and not just to lay in the beach. Great location, enough restaurants around, but you can also eat at the hotel. Hotel’s breakfast was just amazing! So tasty and delicious, big variety of foods. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, very talkative, which made our stay even more memorable (sending hugs and kisses to Ksenija). We really recommend choosing this hotel!

The hotel is located up on hill, looking at the sea. The lobby is nicely decorated and the terrasse provides a welcomed shade for breakfast. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. Our room was big enough for 2, but the bathroom was both disappointing and dangerous: there is no wall around the shower, and the tiling becomes slippery when wet, after using the shower. Another drawback is the non existing wifi connection in the room: either the network does not show up because of the weak signal, or you can't connect because too many guests are using it. Considering the price we paid, we were half satisfied.
