Séjour de 9 nuits dans cet hôtel via booking. Comme par hasard l'hôtel n'est plus sur booking mais ok pour la réservation. Payement uniquement en cash (intégralement + de 500€ = pas légal) dès notre arrivée et plus cher que la somme prévue sur booking : 10€/jour en + pour la climatisation (n'a pas prévenu de l'augmentation, initialement 8€/jour). Chambre mal entretenue, cafard et électricité qui a sauté (étincelles= dangereux) à la chambre 17, changement pour la chambre 18. Lit inconfortable (ressort ++), mal de dos assuré. Rideau pas du tout occultant, Congélateur du frigo cassé. Norme de sécurité pas respecté. Fissure sur le balcon, fil électrique qui pend, eau qui coule partout (à cause de la clim). Tuyau qui pend a l'extérieur, brique qui traîne dans le couloir extérieur. Risque de chute/glisse à l'extérieur. Bruit de basse la nuit. Maria très malhonnête, prétend auprès de booking que nous ne sommes jamais venu (tout ça pour se faire du fric sur notre dos). Check out inexistant, pas là pour le départ. De vrai roublard ! Ignore les emails. Bref très hypocrite et trop familiale (hugs/câlin de complaisance). Maria peu présente dans l'établissement. Le comble c'est qu'elle a renseigné à Booking que nous n'étions pas venu à l'hôtel et donc pas possible de laisser un commentaire sur booking. Honte à toi Maria!
