對這家酒店十分十分無語！！
1前台有個戴眼鏡的妹子態度超級差，真的是感覺所有人都欠她錢。
2隔音超級差，你能聽到大街上面的人走路
3前台真的服務太差了，打電話叫人幫忙搬行李下樓20分鐘過去了都沒人來
4 我們丟了一個房間鑰匙，收了我們100歐！！在中國你丟了房卡是不需要給錢的，如果真的要收費也請提前告知而且價格要在合理範圍內！！
真的不要來住

公寓型房間 有廚房設備 房型和其他酒店相比大 ，周圍餐廳、超市都有，坐機場巴士和藍湖巴士都很方便，市區就集中在那麼點地方。攜程訂的標準套房可以住三位，預訂時二人和三人房價相同所以求方便填了二人，結果去到酒店被加收了60歐，心想如果衹填一人難道就要交多120歐？大家可以注意一下這點，提前溝通以免不必要損失。比較適合需要煮食的旅客，如果衹是短暫停留不需要廚房的不推薦，住普通酒店性價比更高。

Really excellent apartments, large, comfortable, well equipped. Maid service and front desk was impeccable. I honestly could not fault the place, exceeded my expectations.

Check in was easy and staff is super friendly!
Rooms are spacious and clean.
3 blocks from the hotdog stand!
Would reserve again in a heartbeat.

This Apartment Hotel is beyond lovely. The rooms are spotless, very roomy and a full kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding soft, cozy and warm. The staff at Black Pearl was kind, welcoming and always helpful. I will return!!

An absolute beautiful and modern facility in a perfect spot for getting around. The rooms are immaculate, and you can walk to bars restaurants and shopping. Most of the tours pick up right across the street. The staff was amazing. Cannot recommend this place more

Great location. Loved being located at the waterfront. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby! Hotel is beautiful and staff is super helpful, accommodating, and friendly!
