Contra: O quarto estava MUITO sujo. O chão parecia que nunca havia visto uma vassoura. Havia tanto pó nos armários que nossas roupas ficaram sujas. Além disso, o frigobar estava IMUNDO. Eu fiquei impressionada com tamanha sujeira em todo ele. Não sei como conseguiram deixar naquele estado. O café da manhã estava muito cheio e desorganizado, entretanto os itens que acabava eram repostos sem muita demora. O preço da diária deu acesso a dois ingressos para as termas, porém, não havia opção mais barata de diária sem estes ingressos. Prós: localização para o fim a que destinava, café da manhã variado, quarto amplo, restaurante no hotel. Pedimos uma tapioca para o lanche da tarde tão grande e tão recheada que serviria facilmente como uma janta para duas pessoas.

Restaurante bufet todo delicioso, copa de bienvenida , actividades varias organizadas para quienes se hospedan , instalaciones muy cómodas y amplias , exquisita Decoracion , todo el personal Muy amable Y cordial , servicio de café y mate 🧉 en recepción , servicio de batas y toallas para las termas , ingresó a termas incluido , servicio de traslado a termas , relación calidad precio servicios muy acorde .

Bom mas pode melhorar.. Hotel agradável , quartos amplos, infra estrutura ótima, jardim e lago belíssimos. Ano Novo sensacional, comida, show musical, tudo ótimo, churrasco oferecido foi espetacular Sugestões: -Reforma na academia, está sem manutenção, aparelhos não funcionam direito, muito pequena, não tem um espelho, esteiras antigas e apenas 2. - programa de recreação para crianças por faixa etária, nem que fosse em épocas festivas - melhor treinamento de garçons e recepcionista do hall, falta um pouco de gentileza, boa vontade e simpatia.

Fiquei hospedadas diversas vezes no hotel Recanto Business Center, em qualquer das tores o atendimento e as acomodações são ótimas. O hotel é ótimo para hospedes de qualquer idade. O Café da manhã é igual a um café colonial. Super recomento o hotel.

Segunda estadia neste hotel. Na primeira estadia, no ano passado, 2023, foi excelente, nota 10. Agora, 2024, notamos alguns problemas, como: 1 - TV não troca os canais (não é pilha), 2 - telefone estragado, 3 - não foi realizada a limpeza do quarto (saímos do quarto por volta das 14 HS, solicitamos a limpeza na qual não foi realizada).
