停車不合理。 我開的臨時牌照。地下車庫和酒店沒有任何溝通。説好的免費停車。沒人來處理。最後自己出的停車費。這種酒店真的是服務太差了

這個差評是因為2023年1月的服務不周到，不人性化，才給到的。之前一直住公園壹號，但是以後不會去了。被你們的不靈活，不人性化傷心了，不會再去了，不會再去了

前交台服務態度挺好，房間和圖片差不多。 但是建議想要通宵的可以選，想睡個好覺的趕快跑吧。智行評分竟然還5分屬實驚呆了，後悔沒看看別的APP上的評價。 1、説是智能控制，小度不能控制窗簾開關，空調也不能控制，衹能自己去門口按。 2、空調有問題並且製冷效果差，按了製冷等半夜熱醒過後發現顯顯示的制熱，半夜又熱又冷還必須起床去門口按空調，真的絕了。其次這個空調的16度才跟正常空調26 27度差不多。空調有問題就別安行嗎？一冷一熱不把人弄感冒是不高興還是怎麼的。 3、隔音那麼差就不要安聲控感應燈了行嗎，半夜被外面不停的關門聲音吵醒已經很煩了，半夜睡着後，房間的燈還能突然全部亮了，生怕我睡著了是嗎。 4、枕頭不舒服，空調製冷差，被子太厚不透氣，蓋了熱不該冷，一晚上都沒睡好。 總之，前台還有退房等體驗還不錯，房間設施體驗非常糟，好好提升下自己的硬件設施吧，跟同價位的酒店相比差遠了，真的就很無語，真的想睡好覺的快跑，有多遠跑多遠。

這次浙江回來，一路上住了那麼多酒店，這個酒店是最滿意，性價比最高的。房間很大，很安靜，很多細節都能提現酒店是用心為旅客考慮了的，比如有洗衣液，電視可以投屏，還有小杜放音樂，冰箱不是擺設是可以用的，晚上空調也很安靜不吵。不足的就是前台不高檔，沒有早餐，不過這些都不影響入住。
