This was a quaint and enjoyable room with a patio area to the side. Not really a balcony. Large, bright and well equipped. I enjoyed my stay. No elevator.

Great location with the two key sites in easy walking distance.
Hard working and helpful host, Yanzi mama was very kind.. Excellent homely service and made to feel very welcome.
Room was very spacious and I enjoyed the breakfast. It was Chinese style- I liked how adding spice and soya sauce etc was up to you, so you could adjust to your taste.
The only drawback was other guests letting their kids run around and scream late at night - please think about other guests dear parents of young children!

room is clean. hotel on the park territory. around 700 meters from trail begin. breakfast is very simple. Chinese restaurants avaliable around 300 meters from hotel.

民宿位置很好，去景區很方便。乾淨整潔！燕子媽媽和藹可親，熱情熱心的介紹怎麼遊玩，附近也有很多吃的，丹霞山是爬山吸氧的好地方，日落非常美！

阿姨很親切，很熱情～房間很大，挺乾淨的，可以住三個人。有提供早餐，很好吃！

房間很大，衞生乾淨整潔。一進店氛圍感覺就很好。當時也是看了其他人的評價選擇的燕子。燕子媽媽真的很熱情，早上爬完山回來已經過了早餐時間，燕子媽媽還單獨煮了美味的早餐。

民宿在丹霞山景區裏面，周邊白色的建築羣都是民宿，但我最喜歡燕子家的風格，小清新！早餐是現煮的麪條，簡單但味道不錯，提前給前台打電話，煮好後會通知我們下去吃。第二天怕游完長老峯來不及12點退房特意交待説可能會晚一點點回來，爽快的答應了。就是馬桶沖水聲比較大，有點影響睡眠！

我很少點評，但燕子呢喃是真的好。環境乾淨整潔，設計文藝温馨，內容很豐富，非遺丹霞仙草太好吃啦。
民宿的主人燕子媽媽很親切，給我們專業細心推薦丹霞山旅遊線路，非常棒的體驗。滿分推薦
