Good ambience. The thing is the room wasn’t soundproof. Heard noises from other rooms all day and nights.

I know this area well! It is convenient if you have a car. very nice hotel but rooms hard to find. Because the hotel has no lift. would recommend it! Staff efficient.

This hotel is really for people with cars. There is bus stops not to far for Paisley and Renfrew. Hotel old style, need to carry luggage to your room no lifts room difficult to locate. Room was good standard. would stay here again.

공항에서 가깝고 교통이 편한곳에 위치해 있어 이용하기 좋았습니다. 방이 넓고 고풍적인 분위기가 좋았습니다. 햇빛이 잘 드는 곳이라 좋았습니다.

Initially, we were in a room above the function room on a Saturday night - loud bass thumping out until 1 am, followed by loud partying. Noise from the corridors is a problem in that part of the hotel.
The shower had very little power and we asked to move to one with a better shower. This room was much bigger and with a more modern shower (but still not hugely powerful) and a much better experience.
We noted a lack of maintenance - bulbs and extractors not working in the en suites.
Breakfast is a buffet of almost anything you could want, but the plates and food are not hot, which is a shame.
The staff on the reception desk were the highlight for us - very accommodating and polite.

A very convenient hotel for Glasgow and also en route to Loch Lomand. Plentiful parking space and good facilities. Good service. Quick check in and out.

Hotel itself is lovely, clean, comfortable and well presented. Swimming pool/sauna are amazing and staff were brilliant. Room was very clean but a bit basic/tired and not like the photo.

Nice hotel in its day excellent breakfast good price for the stay. Bedrooms are a little tired and could do with upgrading. Main areas of the hotel are in good condition.

Hotel was nice , staff were great ,food was excellent but the bed was horrible the mattress was in a poor condition , in need of new mattress.
