Een champgne-trip met vrienden. Locatie van het hotel is top in centrum Reims. Hotel kan niet wegstoppen dat het in een oud gebouw gevestigd is. Ontvangst was zeer goed en het aangekaarte probleem werd vakkundig opgelost. Mocht dit hotel eens een goeie update krijgen dan kan het jaren profiteren van zijn ligging. Ontbijt was rijkelijk en vers maar in deze streek en voor die prijs zou een glaasje bubbels als extra zeker geen kwaad kunnen.

Het hotel was op een goeie locatie. Alles op loopafstand. Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding was ok. Het hotel is hier en daar wat verouderd. Voor twee nachten en een citytrip / champagne trip was het prima.
Wij hadden de laatste dag ontbijt erbij geboekt. Dit was een grote puinhoop. Niets aangevuld. Tafels vies. Geen airco en een mevrouw van de staff die rond rende en tafels schoon maakte met veel kabaal.
Ook viel de stroom nog uit. Vermoedelijk understaffed.

Cute hotel and the staff was very friendly. It's in a great location that is close to the train station if you're visiting from Paris.

Good room, clean and spacious. Our room faced the bustling street and the windows are not sound proof enough, and since we were there over a weekend, there was quite a bit of noise from the street. The hotel has a great location.

Warm welcome. However the hallway and the room was quite dark with no much light on. The worst was some noise coming from the courtyard onto which the window opened. I mentioned it at the reception and I was told that it was supposed to stop at midnight but it seems it stopped later on... i have been lucky not having booked more than one night!!!

Had no issues with the hotel. Room was decent and clean. Comfortable pillows, good amount of towels.
The only thing is we didnt realize is it's on a noisey street with night life.
We stayed on a Thursday and Friday night which were very loud, so im not sure if it's always like that. I know this isnt the hotels fault, but it is something to note.
Front desk was kind and helpful. Location is great for dining, night life and shopping. Parking is very convenient. Just note that the street can be loud at night.

Lovely rooms. Ours had the toilet in a separate room from the shower/tub, which was very convenient so two people could get ready at the same time!

This is a great little hotel right in the heart of the main ***** of Reims. Even though we were there on a very busy Saturday night, the room was very quiet. Extremely easy access to everything. They have a parking garage below the hotel that they offer a discounted rate to.

This was an amazing hotel right in the center of things. So easy to get around in Reims. Parking was fantastic and discounted. Hotel was like brand new. Had a great time here
