Second time staying here. Upgraded to a king size bed , the room is absolutely huge! Very nice and clean as we expected. Definitely staying here again!

Housekeeping could be a little more thorough with their cleaning. Spider webs around lamp. Spots left around the toilet. Other than that. It’s a nice no frills motel near the outlets.

The manager was on duty. She was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a microwave and fridge and a desk to work at. we did not use the wifi for internet. This king sized room is on the second floor so be aware that they do not have elevators and there are lots of stairs. A different employee said this room has a great tub. He was mistaken. it is a smaller than average tub with a shower in it and hot tub jets but the jets are so mildewy I would not use them. I don't think they have been used for a VERY long time. Also the sides of the tub are very high ( more than 12 inches) due to the jets so an elderly person or disabled person will not do well in this room. We were happy with the room overall and with the service so we will return :0)

We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was the shower had not been cleaned. Hair from previous user as well as a used shampoo still in shower. We decided not to shower because of that but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Everything else was nice.

We were given a room on a second floor when we have a handicap person and was not informed that there is no elevator. Then we were switched to a room with no windows! The room is musty smelling because the split ac unit was shut off and the filter to it is filthy. I’m concerned we will all get sick from the unhealthy air in the room and that won’t be a good thing for a 90 year old mom. not enough towels in room for 3 people so we had to ask for more. The check in person really didn’t care about our need for no steps. No elevator for second floor should be listed in hotel features so people know ahead of time. Improve the attitude and these other little things and we would give a much better rating.

Entire staff was very friendly, always with a smile on their faces! Will definitely stay there again!

Nice welcome at office, clean, pleasant functional room. Downsides: next to a busy street, room smelled of stale smoke (even though customers are charged a bill for smoking), no coffee maker in room.

A stain on the carpet, and a small amount of mold around the shower head. Other then everything else was great

This hotel although on a busy highway is very convenient if you plan to go shopping or to the beaches which are north of Lewes. I spent two days at Cape Henelopen State Park and really enjoyed my stay. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator. It was easy to get something to eat in the area . The room was quiet even tho the busy highway was nearby and the staff were very helpful, especially MaryAnne. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience.
