The hotel is a new one, so very clean.
The staffs were very kind.
Breakfast is so good.
The place was convenience to visit Donau river ans some old church and beautiful street.

좋은 위치로 차로 이동시 아주 편리한 호텔 입니다. 주차장도 넓고 깨끗하고, 호텔 과 직접 연결되어있어서 아주 편리합니다. 시내 까지도 도보로 멀지 않으며 근처에 맛있는 식당도 있습니다. 약국도....

Hotel is goed gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum. Parkeergelegenheid in ondergelegen parkeergarage. Ontvangst was enigszins stroef. Kamer was mooi en schoon met karig gevulde minibar. Bed was goed. Badkamer aan de kleine kant. Verder geen geluid van buiten en airco. Ontbijt uitstekend. 1x diner gebruikt en was ruim voldoende. Als tussenstop zeker aan te raden.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to, professional service! thanks to Mr. Miled from the reception.🤝🤝🤝 Helpful, nice, friendly. Modern hotel, nice, large, clean rooms. But the service was very nice, most importantly.👍👍👍.....

Had an unexpected stay in Regensburg when all trains to Munich were cancelled. This hotel was walkable from the train station.
Staff were all amazing, courteous and friendly and spoke English which was so helpful after a stressful day.
The restaurant had good food and delicious German beer.
The room was very comfortable and just what we needed! Danke everyone at Novotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was great and the location easy to get in and out of. Pay parking was also very convenient and easy.

A bit off the beaten track, about 15 mins brisk walk from the rail station and town centre. It seems to be a brand new hotel. Very quiet, with a spacious lobby and small but well designed rooms. Would certainly visit again, and Regensburg which has a lovely feel.

I cannot praise the staff in this hotel enough. They were brilliant! Bianca and Millett went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when I thought I was going to have to return from a festival about an hour away late at night. They seriously could not have done more to help than they did, . I had train times, phone numbers and taxi numbers to hand if I needed them. They took all the stress out of the situation for me. In the end there was room in the car with my friends but as a result of their help I had a worry free festival knowing exactly how I would get back to the hotel if I needed to. The hotel was clean and lovely. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Bianca and Millet!
