My brother and I booked a 2 night stay here in order to catch up with family friends. I knew as soon as we walked in and were welcomed warmly by Julie that we would enjoy it! Our room and bathroom were very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Cooked breakfasts were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and Brian. There was a problem with no hot water and a plumber was supposed to have turned up the day before- but hadn’t. Brian managed to sort the immersion heater and we were able to have hot showers. I would recommend a stay here, although due to covid, services like the cafe and dinner in the restaurant are sadly no longer available. This is beyond the owners’ control. There are plenty of places locally where you can eat. Julie and Brian are perfect hosts and obviously work well together. Thank you both for a lovely, relaxing stay xx
