Terrible experiences: 1) Trip didn’t remind us there is no check in service on site, we had to call them and pay 150 pound in advance online, 2) when we got in at 11 in the evening, the 3 radiators were out of order when the temperature was minus 3. We called them again and again, they couldn’t send any staffs to check n fix it. After mid night, they finally brought 2 mobile heaters.
I think Trip must remind the clients what the booking conditions is.

位置方便，房間也整齊乾淨！就是在 Trip.com付款後要自己聯絡酒店提供證件副本、再提交150英鎊按金，然後酒店才給你入住指南！而整個過程一共打了4、5次電話，直到入住前一個多小時還要再打電話催促才給我發入住指南！在Trip.com訂了那麼多次酒店，也是第一次遇到這個情況！雖然房間很不錯！但永不會再入住

It’s all excellent. The property has well maintenance. Kitchen appliances , bathroom, heater are well-functioning. The location is very good, close to walking street and you can walk everywhere in reading.

This apartment is well maintenance. All electrical machines are well-functioning. The location is excellent too. It’s close to shopping street, inside city, so you can walk to every attraction. Space of room is large and comfort.

Its was a great location clean but fully functional kitchen wardrobe bit date and doors warned but lovely and clean would recommend to anyone great welcoming breakfast bits

We had an enjoyable time , once we had got there. Everything is on your doorstep. Parking had to be paid for. Good access.

Staffs are nice and communications is awesome. Hot water ran out. Floor is dirty. Location is convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and modern and there was lots of space for a studio. Well equipped kitchen, sofa double bed. Had a good night's sleep. You are in the centre of town with local buses and train staion close by. I would definitely stay again. The staff were so helpful. Thank you
