I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived quite late after a long and exhausting day, but the receptionist, who I believe was called Anna-Marie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She genuinely went the extra mile to assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, the service was efficient, and overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel location is good, it close to my friend house, but the room is far and so many turn from the reception, AND the room air condition was terrible, it is not working!! I call the front desk, they try to switch a room, but not success, finally the staff bring me two fun!! And my family has to sleep in 30 degree temperatures!

Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their "old system" and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child!
That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.
