Standard of the hotel is very good, rooms spacious, clean. Staff very friendly. Mr Adrien from the reception will solve every issue if appears smth. He is very cearing about the gustes. For him nothing is impossible. I can say thank you very much. We had a nice stay.

i like my stay there , the staff was very friendly specialy Meriem she was very nice she replayed for our questions because since 5 years i didn’t come to RAK, also i like the view was very nice , sure we will came back again , and the location of hotel very good it’s near to corniche also 9 minutes to go Manar mall

We enjoyed our stay ,its highly recommended hotel with nice view The receptionist "Jawaher" is very professional, she made quick check In, smiling all the time and helping us with all our questions " Really thank you for your warm welcome

I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The person who checked me in was completely uninterested and the few dealings I had with him, he remained the same. I had a colleague from the area visit and because he wasn't dressed in a suit he was mistaken for a delivery driver by this desk clerk and spoken to completely inappropriately. My room on the second floor was spacious and probably in its day was very nice but now it's tired, dated and need of a refurb. Sofa was dirty and stained, bathroom was just clean enough but I used bottled water as the water ran brown in the sink to start with. I visited the spa, but didn't stay as the staff and the rooms looked completely unprofessional. I didn't eat at the hotel as I had lost all confidence looking at the standard of the hotel. All of the staff that I saw apart from the initial desk clerk were polite and civil. I only had to sleep at the hotel, but booked out two days early once I had finished my work commi**ent in the area.

Food was totally over salted. Upon complaint the dishes were exchanged but the hummus came back like a soup not edible. Bar looks like a rundown cafeteria. Pool bar ok. All In all totally run down and needs a full overhaul. Staff helpful but only supervisor on duty no managers.

The staff from are unfriendly and don’t know how to mind their own business. The lady named Jawhara is also very unfriendly and looks irritated when i asked for help. Not a good customer service at all. Glad that there’s a guy named Adrian who tried his best to help me. Overall wasn’t a nice experience at all. The hotel doesn’t smell good and wasn’t clean.

We wanted to celebrate 19 anniversary of our wedding which is on 25th of October. It is our first visit to RAK and tour package was for Mangrove hotel Hotel manager is so helpful and staff tries to make your stay unforgettable. Special thanks to hotel manager and Mohammed at front desk. Josep, Jerin and Prekash did their best to make our stay enjoyable. It was good surprise for us to receive anniversary gift (sweet cake) Calm and beautiful city, and hotel location is good for entertainment, eating out, shopping and many more!

Stay was pleasant all the staff in the mangrove hotel was excellent like front office team, housekeeping team and kitchen and f and b staff. Hotel rooms was very spacious and good.Breakfast over all was ok but need to improve and bring more variety. Hi

1. Hassle-free checkin & check out, 2. Room upgrades at zero tariff hike, 3. Spacious rooms with hygiene, 4. Effective WIFI, 5. Good functioning faucets at w'sh room, 6. Coffee tea maker, 7. Safety vault, 8. Marvelous New Year celebrations buffet dinner, 9. Yummy breakfast buffet with vast menu, 10. USP of this property is staff friendliness. The aforementioned are a few "tips of iceberg", attributes for my stay! Rest one can try in person !
