I am a bit particular but for a Hilton affiliate, this place was sub par. I always do a look at the mattress and the area around the headboard upon arrival. There were stains on the mattress and it was pretty dirty on the platform bed near the headboard. Then there was the fact that I was in an “accessible room”; and there was a flashing light coming from a device on the ceiling (every 15 seconds), the light would flash on. It didn’t bother me until the room lights were out and then it was like green lightening strikes. I called the desk to ask and the answer was that this was standard in the “accessible” room. Whaaaaat?! And lots of people complain about it. Why is that standard? I could have moved to another room but was already in my travel sheets…yuck. Not again. You may be asking why didn’t I just change rooms when I saw the dirtiness? It was past midnight and I just couldn’t .
