It was moldy. Musty and in need of repair. The pictures must be very old . This place is very rundown

The staff were very friendly and quick when we needed something. The only problem we experienced was that the remote was not working properly, but the TV worked fine and could adjust volume and channels on the TV so it was not a big problem. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return on future trips, it is reasonably priced and nononsense type of hotel.

You could hear everything from next room, including tv. AC was so loud it woke you up everytime it came on. Remote control for tv didn't work. Only ice machine was in the lobby, which was a car ride away. Very poor outside lighting where our motel room was at. Breakfast was very limited; Overall for what it cost, wasn't really worth it.

The staff were neutral as long as you didn't have an issue. I witnessed another person try to address an issue and the attendant instantly became sharp and cold. My room was filthy and in disrepair. I'm still having issues with them not returning my security deposit

The floors were dirty including dead insects and obvious dirt and dust in corners. The toilet seat was loose and would slide off the side while you sat on it. the countertop and tabletop were not clean. There was no bar soap there. The curtains were visibly dirty. The breakfast was next to nothing. Also I feel that ******* has false advertising in regards to this hotel the photos on websites do not relate to this motel in any way, shape or form! They might be short of help but should NOT be taking people's hard earned money for the service they provide or don't provide

Dead flies by bathroom sink and bees on the bathroom mirror. Cinder blocks used for bed frame. AC was locked out of the room area and was set on energy saver blowing through a 4”X6” louvre into the arch wall not getting to the bedroom. It was 96 degrees that day and the AC kept turning off making the room hot and uncomfortable. Walls were puttied and not sanded or painted. Orange juice was 1/4 juice 3/4 water.
Checked out early the following morning and property owner not willing to cash refund 2nd night stay and paid $100 cash for incidental. Owner said hotel.com had to reimburse us and I explained that we did not pay online so we wouldn’t receive credit on a card. I said we paid CASH for 2 nights plus cash deposit and that hotel.com sent me a message stating refund to be paid at property site. I showed the owners the message from hotel.com agent and after 2 hours we were refunded.

It was dirty when I told them my girlfriend had just had a heart attack they made me bring her in from outside of the car to check her ID instead of coming outside to check they were very rude even when I asked about breakfast I'll never go back

Room walls were poorly repaired from previous damages, ac was just a wall unit that sounded like a semi that was about ti blow up, no hot water. Hell, it didnt even get warm so i had to take an ice shower and the beds headboard wasnt close to the wall and i couldn't movw it closer so when i tossed/turned it maee made a really loud thud.
