Hotel Miro'

Lovely clean and neat hotel. Service from front reception was great…. Missed a day of housekeeping for some unknown reason… but aside from that great. Great Location… very economical and good value for the price.

We spent two nights and the stay was great. The location is perfect a short walk to the ferry and train station. Rooms were spacious. One thing, not related to hotel, is if you are there on a weekend make sure you make reservations for dinner.

Great location and great stay. Easy to get to restaurants and cafes for breakfast and dinner. Very happy about having AC in our room. Quiet. Stayed 2 nights.

Great location to stay, the staff were great, and the rooms were super cute with very traditional Italian vibes. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel which could use some upgrades. The shower and bathroom was so small that you couldn’t barely turn around without hitting your elbows. But the staff was nice and the location was fantastic. It’s right on the promenade and near everything. The water shuttle is right in front of the hotel too, which goes to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc

It was good location to go day trips around. Staff was really helpful, nice and warm. Interior is old style, but nothing dirty. So it was okay for us. Window is fully open, and we could hang swimming suit and towers after the beach (got a tip from cleaning staff). Really useful! Generally good stay.

Stanza di dimensioni davvero ridotte, scarsissima pulizia e pochissima attenzione ai dettagli (prese non a norma, muffa, sporcizia sotto il letto, polvere, macchie sulle pareti). Il materasso duro (sono gusti) ma di buona qualità. Canali TV non funzionanti, rete WiFi praticamente inutilizzabile vista la lentezza, arredamento molto datato (che non vuol dire d'epoca!), enormi specchi dal gusto "motel". La "vista mare" c'è solo se stai affacciato alla finestra e guardi lontano, diversamente la vista è sul tetto catramato del ristorante sotto la finestra. In ultimo lo staff... per quanto l'uomo e la donna del pomeriggio fossero stati cordiali, la sera l'anziano portiere di notte (dal forte accento non ligure), ha chiuso la porta dell'albergo alle 21.45 (quando l'orario indicato di chiusura erano le 24), come suggerito dal cartello affisso e dal consierge del pomeriggio abbiamo chiamato due volte il numero indicato (senza ottenere risposta), dopo 5 minuti si affaccia il portiere sollevando le mani al cielo ed urlando di avere pazienza perché era "al cesso" (testuali parole)... Ora, nessuno dice che non debba andare al bagno, ma magari mettere un cartello "torno subito" per non lasciarci in un limbo senza risposte e soprattutto tanto meno inveendo contro di noi. Totalmente inaccettabile. Abbiamo pagato 98€ per una notte (senza colazione) ma il listino parla anche di €195 a notte nel mese di agosto... prezzi da fuori del mondo per la qualità offerta che offende la qualità ricettiva degli albergatori liguri.

Di passaggio a Rapallo mi sono fermato per una notte in giorno feriale al Mirò. L'hotel è sul lungo mare in posizione centrale, comodissimo, con parcheggi (a pagamento) proprio di fronte. La camera era molto ampia e spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa, munita dei confort che ci si aspetta (aria condizionata, frigor, TV, bollitore, prese elettriche in abbondanza); il prezzo è ragionevole. Servizio adeguato. Esperienza positiva.
