Pension Bounty

This is a home stay pension on Rangiroa. It’s a few hundred feet off the main road so about 1 minute walking to the ocean or lagoon. Meals are eaten together, family style. They do dinner a few nights per week but you need to give advanced notice so they can plan for you for dinner. Breakfast every morning is wonderful(coffee, tea, baguettes, fruits, jams, cheese, etc). There’s no menu. What’s available is what’s there and it was all delicious. My room was very comfortable and clean. There’s a nice shower with hot water. No AC but the ceiling fan was more than enough to keep me comfortable at night. No bugs problems inside. Bring bug spray though when going out. Wifi worked great on the property. They have bikes to use while you’re staying there. It’s an easy ride to Tiputa pass and the east side of the island. It’s a little longer to the airport but easily doable during the day. The hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Jasmina and her family for making me feel welcome. What great people! Highly recommend Bounty!

What a lovely staff! Lety was so helpful and prompt in correspondence before our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt like family members with the hospitality and kindness extended to us. Be sure to take advantage of the half board--dinner was amazing!

My father & I stayed at the Pension Bounty in December. Léty & Marc we’re the most thoughtful & hospitable hosts, helping us book activities on the island & preparing tasty meals for us. The beds were extremely high quality & the most comfortable that we slept in while in FP. Such a wonderful stay, can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at the Pension Bounty with Léty and Marc for three nights. Our room was nice, the location is wonderful and breakfast and dinner were great. Léty picked us up at the airport, and was even kind enough to help us arrange some of our activities on the island. We rode around on bikes, and had a wonderful time getting to explore Rangiroa. We would highly recommend Pension Bounty to anyone looking for a relaxed experience!

My fiancee and I went to Rangiroa and stayed at Pension Bounty to be close to Tiputa Pass, and could not have been more please with our stay. Alain and Muriel were fantastic hosts, cooked great meals, and gave wonderful advice on how to enjoy the island. They provided bikes for us to get around, and the rooms come with everything you need to enjoy your stay if you want to cook for yourself, rinse your feet, or take a walk through the beautiful garden. We'll be back!

Alain was excellent! He picked us up and dropped us at the airport, was kind and humble, gave us bikes to use to get around, and information on excursions as well. He also is a great cook! I recommend dinner at the hotel! At the end of our stay, he felt like a friend.

On a passé une semaine en famille dans cette très belle pension. Les chambres sont très agréables et pratiques. On a particulièrement apprécié les petits déjeuners avec les confitures faites maison. Marc et Léty se sont montrés très disponibles alors qu'ils préparaient leur mariage. Et en plus ils ont été très arrangeant alors que la fin de notre séjour a dû être modifié à cause de la météo. Toute la famille a apprécié ce séjour. On recommande vivement. Tous nos vœux de bonheurs et de réussite pour la suite.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Bounty et nous avons été ravis: chambre spacieuse et propre, super emplacement à seulement 2 minutes en vélo (vélo en accès libre) de la Passe de Tiputa et des commerces, et surtout un super accueil de Yasmina et Laetitia. Les plats de Yasmina étaient excellents, c’est une cuisinière hors normes. Le cadre est super sympa: Laetitia a planté un petit jardin autour des chambres, et l'atmosphère de la pension invite à l'échange, on a pu discuter avec d'autres couples qui voyageaient également. Bref, on recommande les yeux fermés !

Malgré la (grosse) pluie, nous avons adoré notre petit séjour à Rangiroa et surtout à la pension !! Marc et Laeticia sont super gentils, Yasmina est une excellente cuisinière et les petits déjeuners étaient tops :) Nous sommes venus en amoureux et cette pension familiale a été parfaite pour nous ! (Un grand merci à Haia qui nous a sauvé notre journée pluvieuse !!)
